Was at my family's house this past weekend and we decided to Call for delivery to place a large order. My first and last time. I had a hard understanding the woman on the phone. She noticeably got more irritated each time I asked her to repeat herself. At the end she was full on screaming at me at the top of her lungs. I wish I could of cursed her out and hung up but I couldn't since everyone was around me and was waiting to eat. And she quoted me 40 minutes and everyone else around us was much longer time. So I killed it with kindness. And said I'm sorry that I'm having a hard time understanding you please forgive me. So she calmed down. I paid with a cc and she added tip over the phone? Weird but ok. The 40 minutes she quoted me? Out the window, over an hour. Like everyone else had quoted me:/ they deliver the food, no signature required for the cc?! And then one of the orders were wrong. Called back and we had to fight to get it replaced. Took another 30-40 minutes. Safe to say we won't be ordering from there again.

We moved here from Staten Island (originated from Brooklyn) so we are always looking for a good Pizza and Chinese's Restaurant. Well today we tried King Wok. If was as good as Ying Tings and Tang Fong in Brooklyn and Hip Wo on Staten Island. The Spare Ribs were perfect as was the pork fried rice. And Singapore Mei Fon, the Shrimp with Broccoli and the Chicken in Garlic sauce were delicious. Thank you

Food was horrible. Last time I ate there was about 8 years ago and I had metal chards in my food from their wire brush that cleans their wok. The waitress brought the food back to the kitchen, and they must have given me the same food back because I found another metal wire. Left the place and have never returned until I decided to give it another chance last week. Never again.

I’m extremely picky with Chinese food,most times I won’t eat it, except if it is from king wok. I drive all the way from Jackson just to get this food .Anything I have ever tried is amazing, delicious. Highly recommend!!!!!

This is the absolute worst place I have ever ordered from. The woman that runs the FOH is an absolute idiot. The first time I ordered in person I had a bad experience but today's experience broke the camels back. I walk up to place my order and waited 5 minutes because the younger girl told me to hold on. It was cold and raining so I decided to go back to my car and order online. 5 minutes after waiting I had a question about adding something to my order so I called in and they added the item. I waited another 30 minutes and after seeing many other people get their food I decided to call back to see if they were going to call me when it was ready. I call in and the girl cannot find my ticket. She put the phone down and I hear her talk to the older woman about it. They didn't put my order in. Instead of having the consideration to tell me that they tell me they will call me when it's ready and hung up. I assumed they would rush my order since they screwed up but I was totally wrong. I waited another 20 minutes and they still didn't call me so of course I had to call back and they tell me it will be another 10 minutes. At this point I'm furious and I go up to the window. The older woman tells me she can put my order in and have it in 10 minutes, but she has to put other orders ahead. ARE YOU F'ING KIDDING ME????? What planet are you from?? I'm sitting in the parking lot for almost an hour because you guys screwed up and didn't put my order in but I still have orders ahead of mine??? No apology, nothing. These people are disgusting.

I have never reviewed a restaurant online before, but I had no choice. My experience at this “restaurant” has prompted me to create a Google account just to review it. It is rather unfortunate that you cannot rate this Chinese “restaurant” zero stars, which is what King Wok truly deserves. The food was a solid 2/10 and the service is horrendous, perhaps (generously) a 1/10. I put “restaurant” in quotation marks because King Wok isn’t a restaurant. It’s more like a fine dining experience for coma patients without any care for taste, only sustenance.Me, my husband Jared, and my children were craving Chinese food so we decided to find the closest place nearby. We saw this establishment on Google Maps and were excited to try it since it had great reviews. After trying the food and dealing with these people on the phone for a lengthy time, we are genuinely confused on why there were so many good reviews on Google. If the food were great, it would redeem the extremely poor service but unfortunately King Wok has neither. Several co-workers who live in this area (I am from Miami), have commented that the in person service is even worse.I thank you King Wok for having food and service so bad, that it encouraged me to make an account and write a review of your sub-par Chinese “restaurant”. I am glad I got this initial push to start writing reviews for places which I hope are better than this place.

This place is by far the worse place to order from. I ordered 2 orders of General Tso. I arrived 50min after I placed my order and I live 20min away! They tell me only 1 order was placed and to wait in my car for a call! 50min for 1 order and then says I can add another order! Are you kidding me? What? To wait another 50min?Ridiculous- they have two 10 year olds running the orders and phone. This place is a JOKE!

Do not recommend. Ordered this evening at 6:45pm, and was told delivery would arrive in 40 minutes. It's been 1.5 hours and we still do not have our order. We've called twice and told "it went out". Extremely disappointing.
