Sloppy dirty looking place. Bought bagels from a very nasty old lady who should consider retirement. Brought the bagels home only to see that they were hard and burnt black like charcoal. No need to go back I will never return again. Threw the bagels in the garbage where they belong.

Been living in Manalapan 34 years and unfortunately this was the first time I've been here. Undoubtedly the best bagels in the area!

Bagel: slightly crispy on the outside, fluffy like Panera on the inside. Filling is half of what it was 6 months ago. Bare hands touching bagels and handling cash. Nothing wrong, if that's your thing. Happy eating to you! Saw one guy lick his fingers and stick said fingers into the napkin dispenser. Doubt that napkin dispenser was ever wiped. Tips: never heard any kind of "thank you" to numerous people dropping tips into the jar. Only heard churlish "Next!" like they're doing people favors by allowing them to buy bagels. Nobody got receipts for their purchases.

Didn’t even eat my bagel.1)There were two women at the counter. One took my order and the other one was texting on her phone with gloves on (I’m assuming from making bagels) after the other lady took our order it was only after when I went to pay did I realized she was too wearing the same gloves she used to make our bagels as she did to take the money out of my hands AND that glove was DISGUSTING, it was yellow-green on the finger tips. This glove has obviously been used for a veryyyy long time. By this point she already had my money in her hands.2) The place looked so old and dirty, lights were dim. It looks like this place hasn’t been cleaned in years.3) They DO NOT have a grill or serve any meats4) Cash onlyNever going back. I was new in town and saw this place had the best ratings but I’m really not sure why. I wish I didn’t go and waste my money. Bagels went right to the trash.

Finally found an alternative to our closed bagel store. Truly great bagels here. Long lines at times, but worth it. Friendly and helpful staff.

Quite possibly the best tasting bagels I've ever had...and I live in NY! Small shop & kinda run down, but clean. Seriously delicious bagels.
