A small group of us came in to eat today and as we were getting ready to pay for our food. I ask to if they offered a military discount and who I assumed was the manager/shift manager stated that "No, we do not offer military discount" and I would have been fine if he just left it there but that did not happen. I understand that is their choice and there are many business that don't offer this discount and I am fine with this. But then he had to double dip with a condescending tone and attitude that they do not offer because of that military base (National Guard Training Center, Sea Girt NJ), and that was their main income potential.I would highly recommend that you go to the Jersey Mikes at - 2627 NJ-70, Manasquan, NJ 08736 - they not only feel like they have a lot better service and a welcoming spirit to the general population, but they respect the military service of men and women, but they are proud supports to our first responders.

Went to buy a chocolate chip cookie two of the employees did not know the price when I asked. The prices should be in the cookie for anyone to see so I know what price and if I'm being charged correctly. So everyone knows, the price I was told was $4.50 of which I kindly said no thanks. Always have prices visible.

Very clean place. Was very busy but the employees are very fast and efficient for the most part. They have a good system down. Definitely don’t recommend coming here if you’re on a tight schedule though.

As a person with Celiac Disease who has to eat gluten free with no other choice I’m very happy with my experience here today. I struggle everyday to find any place to eat out at without the fear of becoming extremely ill. I was very appreciative of the staff who did their part in taking preventative measures without me even having to ask ex. Thoroughly cleaning the knife used to cut my sub, and changing their gloves. I truly can’t appreciate this enough. I visit Point Pleasant beach more than often throughout the summer. I will most definitely be back. Thank you so much

Long time customer who notices how any meat not named Ham is sliced so thin it doesn't add up to one slice-Manager retorted to my complaint as "I'll weigh it and show you". Well if he did weigh meat not ham it would be way under as his tiny shaved pieces used the end of roll to the 1/4 inch piece is a joke- Be better - stop cutting to ends and giving the customer shaved poor ends good for the dog-The once local place now so corporate they know better and want to show up customer- I'll try the older nicer owner on route 70-

Good people working there delicious sandwiches ate yesterday the steak and today the Turkey both foot a half i think i was but oh mann ?????
Been a Mike's/Jersey sub guy for years. Tried this location (Taylor Ave Route 71) few times. Last time is today. Sub rolls are hard, practically no lettuce or tomato on our subs. Very Dry. If I wanted a plain turkey sub I would say so. BTW what's the hurry. Sub slopped together in about 30 seconds. I'll be going back out to Route 70 location where they now what they're doing.

Fair at best. The Manasquan store shaves the Least amount of meats and cheeses and skimps on toppings. You have to order extra meat and cheese to match other Mike in the area. I drive further for better. Manasquan JZ Mikes on 70 is where it's At!

First time going in today and the customer service was bad. The guy I. The middle doing the oil and all that . Was super rude to me and my sandwich is very soggy at the bottom . They way he put the stuff on was like he hated his job. Very unprofessional . I will never go back again and I live in town . I was uncomfortable and barely wanted to answer him.
