They finally got with the times and put in kiosks to order. A bit sad because that human interaction can be more of a help if you don't know how to use the kiosk or have a coupon.
I can't speak on all BK's, but every time I try this store it's a hot mess. Over the summer of '23 it was remodeled and the new layout does away with the regular person-to-person order desk. In it's place are (4) self order/checkout kiosks and the staff and kitchen are primarily out of customer view, blocked by a large wall.The staff seems to be trying their best, but are either undertrained, understaffed, have poor management, or some combination of the three. Really picking it back up after renovation! I’ve been coming here almost three times a week past few weeks and everything is almost perfect except late night supervisor/employees have weird thing going on and it’s difficult to see one person carrying all the burden.
