A lot of people love this pizza so it must be me, we got our pizza home opened the box and couldn't believe it,ordered the red and white, the red was burnt on the bottom and the white was burned top and bottom, called to complain and they hung up on me,we won't be back

I heard it was national pizza day… checked out this pizzeria in the Maple Shade area of New Jersey with the #fam and #girlfriend. Upon walking in, very nice open kitchen, fresh dough being made, smelled so good! We ordered a couple of their pasta dishes, you can tell everything was made in house, huge portions, perfect for sharing, delicious! The pizza, if you’re a fan of thin crust, oh my! The red sauce was so flavorful, perfect crisp on the crust, yum yum and yum! Bring your drinks, it’s a byob, and service was amazing! ??

Only problem the facility is somewhat noisy.Parking: Nice parking lot in the rear. Good parking on street out front.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very nice to the kids.

I recently ordered a take-out Friday lunch-time pizza --- the only time they have lunch hours --- from Tacconelli's. I arrived within a few minutes of the time they suggested, and was ready to apologize that I might be a bit early. Instead, the counter person, who was friendly enough, snatched my boxed pizza off an unheated side shelf, next to the oven, the first thing I thought curious. As she handed me the box, I noticed that the box was cool, not even warm; kind of odd for a "fresh" pizza. Upon getting it home, after putting it in a pre-warmed oven, it tasted okay, but I noticed the crust was not just chewy --- which I don't mind if it's fresh --- it was tough. This was day-old pizza, leftover from the night before. If I was given the choice of a discount because of that, I would've been fine, but I was, of course, charged the "fresh" price. And I left a tip! Grrr... I've ordered a number of times from Tacconelli's, but this is the last time. There's other decent pizza places around that always make it fresh.
