Haven't been to a BBW in a while, and this one didn't disappoint. Food was really good, and the waitress was super nice and attentive. The restaurant is a little smaller than others which I def liked. If you are in the area or just wanna catch a PPV fight, I recommend this BBW!!

It was a challange to order the wings promotion. we felt like the waitress did everything in her power to make us order the wings without the promotion. but we did not give in and tried to understand the details of promotion and how we can benefit from it. I guess the fact that we might benefit from the promotion bothered her. she even asked if we had application downloaded and become members or not. but we did not fall for those traps and asked the vital question: why are we paying more when we can pay less for the same thing. we got the promotion and ended up eating dried out reheated tasteless wings. We got what we deserved by going there.

The service acted like they could care less if we were there or not and it was probably preferred if we weren't. It wasn't that busy, food was average. Poor attitude by our waitress. By looks of some other reviews, we had the same lady. It looks like BWW always replies saying they'll address it with the team, but clearly that's just talk.Dietary restrictions: Not at all helpful about any dietary restrictions. Buy 6 get 6 boneless wings free. Good deal if you like fried breading. Best part was the garlic-parm sauce.Parking: Handicap parking is right by front door! But you need to exit on driver side. There's a black metal fence on the passenger side. Perfect if you need to fully open your car door and don't mind hitting the fence.
I placed my order via mobile on Monday, December 18th. Due to a system error, the Buy one bogo50% order was placed and the employee called me. And he asked the manager and he said that if I wanted to order 15 more items I would have to pay extra or he would refund me the overpayment of about $13. So I canceled and only received 15 wings. But they refused to return the money and said they had no idea what happened when her husband went there in January. He said he would call me. However, there was no contact even after two weeks. I was really angry at this response.

Been here a few times and never had any bad experience - food was always good as well as the service. Went last night with a friend and our sons to enjoy some wings and beer. Our server was Rebecca and she did an excellent job serving the food and making sure our drinks were always full.
