This location-Morganville rocks! The ice cream is always so fresh and delicious. The people who work at this store is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are very aware of how to deal with Peanut and all nut allergies! Denise is awesome and truly goes above and beyond. Just made a custom cake and the way it was decorated was awesome.Dietary restrictions: All nuts allergy

RUDE!! I like this place the ice cream is delish but for some reason this is the 2nd time I get this very rude girl that made my Shake and my kids ice cream with the worst attitude...she shoul not be working there and she should work on her customer service skills... this was last Monday by 4pm....

Absolutely love this place. I've been coming here since I was a kid with my family and now on my own as an adult. Greatest ice cream of all time. Service is always great, the employees are always nice and quick at their work. Love all the ice cream flavors and different combinations they have. Absolutely love this place and I will love it forever.
Out of all the cold stones I've been too from NYC to NJ and Long Island this has to be hands down the best one. Clean , prompt service, fresh and overall a perfect experience. Definitely coming back.

I have been going to this specific location for more than 5 years now. I am a huge fan of cold stone. Love their rich creamy flavors and chocolate devotion is the best ever!The place has ice cream cakes, candles, cup cakes. There are some tables and chairs to sit. You can order your own custom ice cream cakes for special occasions, of course ahead of time.It gets really busy on summer evenings, especially on weekends.Service really depends on the staff/crew. Some are really friendly and some are just doing their job. I found the staff is more friendly during regular 9-5.Definitely recommend any cold stone for their rich creamy flavors. They are super expensive, especially after the COVID because of inflation. 'Like it' is pretty much the price of 'you gotta have it now'.

I love Cold Stone Creamery! The ice cream is super creamy, and I love that they have a ton of mix ins to choose from. The brownies they use for the mix ins are very good! They are actually homemade brownies, and they chop them up in front of you. You can go with one of their signature creations or you can create your own creation like I did today. I had the cheesecake ice cream mixed with peanut butter, cookie dough, and brownies. It was delicious! The cheesecake, cake batter, and fudge brownie batter ice cream are my favorite flavors here. The only reason why I’m not giving this location 5 stars is because today there were out of a bunch flavors! I was disappointed that they were out of the flavor I came in here for fudge brownie batter. Today, the cookie dough mix in I could barely taste because the girl over chopped it. My ice cream was still delicious! I recommend Cold Stone Creamery in Morganville!
