My wife and I ate at the Bertucci’s in Huntington Valley on County Line Rd. in Bucks county, PA. The food was great but I wanted to recognize server, Rhianna. She was exactly what a good waitperson should be; friendly but not chatty, anticipated our needs for refills gave us extra rolls and checked in on us in a timely manner. It makes a big difference when your server takes extra good care of you.

This place has really gone down hill. This used to be a favorite place to go for pizza ,salad, soup and a drink. Sorry to say goodbye to Burtuccis Marlton. Pizza was burnt and no longer tastes like our favorite Bertuccis pizza. Salad was not fresh and portions are noticeably smaller. The only thing that is still as good as ever are the rolls. We will try the Bertuccis Morestown ne t to see if this is just a Marlton problem or the complete chain. Too bad this was close to our home but .my wife has said no more for Bertuc is Marlton.I

Service was really not that good. Hostess that sat us at our table had to check on us and after realizing no one was taking care of us went to find a server. After ordering, had to ask three different people if we would get the rolls that Bertucci is famous for. Food was as expected.

Hello K.

it was delicious! food was out quickly, and while you wait, they give you bread rolls. bathroom and restaurant are clean. 10/10 would come again.

Just went to this location for food and it was a pretty awful outing. I ordered coke and so did a friend of mine and it tasted like Diet Coke so we sent it back and got the exact same tasting beverage for a second time and we came to the conclusion that the soda machines must be hooked up wrong or the machines are just dirty. So we ordered Sprite instead and that tasted fine. I noticed our table wasn't given complimentary bread so half way through I asked the waitress to please give us some. We also ordered pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza was brought out instead. We asked the waitress to take it back and make us a pepperoni one but instead we waited 15 more minutes for the kitchen to just throw pepperoni's on the pizza. When the pizza came back only one slice was eaten and it just wasn't good. The pizza was cold in some areas after "cooking twice" in the oven and the pepperoni's never curled and were just falling off the pizza completely uncooked. Our pizza was comped but I don't think I'll be coming to this location again because it was just a bad experience and vibe as soon as we were seated. I really hope this location cleans and inspects their soda machine.

No unsweetened iced tea and small portion for the price, slow service. Seriously $20 for three slices of eggplant and a cup of spaghetti with an eighth of a cup of sauce. Four dollar up charge for a half a cup of soup. The hits just keep on coming.

This restaurant was absolutely Ridiculous, We waited forever for our food, My parents got their food and it was burned and the second time they received it, It was starting to burn again, My stepfathers food smelt sour and as he described it also tasted sour, The wings they gave me tasted funny and were very skinny. The bathrooms were nasty, It smelt horrible in there, It Wasnt clean and there was stains on the toilet, Absolutely one of the worst Resturant experiences i've had, I would Recommend McDonalds over this restaurant, There chicken nuggets would have been 10x better then anything at Bertucci's!!l

Service was great, the food was really good as usual. The fresh rolls and oil are a great treat to get dinner started. This is a nice place with a more laid back atmosphere that won't break the bank. Pizza is really good when you eat in and not have take out. Enjoy!

Overall the food was very good. My Caesar salad needed more dressing. Food came out piping hot. Large portions so we have dinner for tonight. Service was a little slow, not our servers fault. They had her working in two different sections. The music was much louder than usual. Bertucci's is a nice “neighborhood restaurant “.

My husband and I stopped for dinner last Thursday night. We were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered exactly what we've ordered many times in the past.....a small (medium) pizza half zucchini and the other half extra cheese. It was served, with a salad and was especially delicious!! Waitress was great! Tonight we decided to go back for another great dinner. What a difference a week can make! Our server, who sat us, from the outset was completely rattled, appeared very stressed, and was literally racing around. She sat us, took our drink order and began what would be many many times of saying, "it will be here in a minute". When we attempted to order our pizza, she said we could not get a half & half pizza in the small/medium size. We could only do a half and half in a large size. When she returned we explained that of course they could make the half & half in the smaller size. After all we just had it here last week. No, she said, it can not be done. And off she ran! After many trips "running " back and forth to our table and others, she brought our rolls, we asked for butter....oh we don't have any....well we do but I have to go get it!! After asking a second time, she finally got the butter. Then we finally got our salad but had to ask for salad plates. Then she started telling us our pizza would be coming, and it would be coming, and it would be coming.! Finally I asked her would we be getting what we ordered?? the smaller pizza. NO she said. I asked for the manager who came over and explained that because they had a new menu, they would no longer make a half and half pizza in the smaller size. Are you serious:? You make the smaller pizza like always but now you will not do half and half?? Ok fine, we said....we are hungry. Just bring us the bigger pizza. So we waited and waited and waited and FINALLY our pizza came and was so disgustingly overdone even the waitress looked appalled. Oh she said...you don't want this??? Of course not! Its ridiculously overdone! And with that we told her we were leaving!! We were not charged for my soda, or our salad. We will never go back to this Bertucci's. The waitress was clearly not cut out to be a server. Every other server was calmly serving their customers, walking a normal speed, and not making anyone feel rushed. Our server was dropping plates on table while looking in another direction, shouting to someone else. Its was unbelievable! Hopefully the Moorestown Bertucci's where we usually go, will be better. However, if they will not make a half and half pizza there will at least 6 different people we generally go out to eat with who will now go somewhere else for dinner. We have all eaten for 25+ years at Bertucci's and ordered half and half small pizzas. But we can certainly take our business permanently to another restaurant. I hope corporate reads this and listens!!

Great experience today, our server Devin was a pleasure. She greeted us quickly and with a smile, brought us hot-out-of-the-oven rolls with seasoned olive oil that was delicious. We tried one of the new salads to their menu and it was fresh and delicious. It had been 11 years since my last visit and now I can't wait to return. Thank you Devin for your suggestions for lunch, you helped a great meal be that much better.

Exactly what you'd expect in a chain restaurant I guess. Bland food. Calamari was cold. Pasta was ok. The server was god but the restaurant was empty at lunch time. Standard chain restaurant Italian food but probably worse than O Garden. Even the kids did not eat their food.
