I attended an event where Mary was catering with her food truck and I was completely blown away by Mary’s food! The combination of flavors is so unique and absolutely delicious!! And the fact that each dish is made-to-order makes such a difference!!! Her food is so fresh and tasty, and her menu selections are unique - almost like comfort food with a gourmet twist!! Ive been to many events where food trucks are the thing and ive tried quite a bit from various places, and Mary’s blows them all away!!!! Plus, Mary is such a fun, awesome lady!!! We had a disco themed wedding and it went exactly as planned. The ceremony was flawless execution with the music we chose. The bride was hot...oopps! I had to throw that in there. “We booked Foodwerx in August and our wedding was in March, giving us the perfect timeline. Roxanne, the Bridal Specialist, was simply the best. She was communicative every step of the way--and as a person who loves lists and charts, Roxanne became an instant bestie! We started planning early and got down to the very last detail. Roxanne gave great insight, recommended excellent vendors, and liaised communications smoothly! As we got closer to the date, especially in moments when I couldn't find an answer or didn't have time to execute something, Roxanne was extremely proactive and went right ahead and did it.Day-of, Roxanne kept everything flowing, handled all the decorations, and the ballroom looked exactly as I had envisioned it.And of course the food was so delicious! “We had a small holiday party and ordered cocktail party type foods. Everything was delicious and we had lots of compliments. We had bbq chicken sliders, stuffed mushrooms, charcuterie board, shrimp...everything was great. I think the stuffed mushrooms got the most praise. They were easy to work with, and delivered and set up. Very happy and will use them again.“

“Very nice welcoming place! It was our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. All the sides were yummy (baked beans was sweeter than I thought) and the main meats were awesome. The brisket and jalapeno sausage was chefs kiss. The staff were also so sweet and nice and were very accomodating. Will definitely come back!“
