We moved out of the area a number of years ago, and always loved this place for a convenient and tasty dinner. Apparently something changed since then, and our dinner was just terrible. We ordered a family pack of friend chicken and it was horribly dried out with batter that was just tasteless. We got cole slaw which was ok, but the mashed potatoes were totally awful.

Edit: I ordered my third chicken wrap from them tonight(the second was stuffed with chicken, no sauce or tomato/lettuce) to give them another shot, cuz the first one I got was great.So I open the tinfoil, the wrap isn't wrapped, its folded, and comes completely apart. But I see whoever put the sauce in there DRENCHED the whole thing to the point that it was like SOUP. So I tried eating it with a fork, but there was so much sauce all I tasted was the sauce... sauce isn't used to get mouth fulls of, its not soup. It was disgusting, so this will be my last time ordering here.

This place shud not be allowed to be part of Chicken Holiday chain!!! They have standards and this place has nothing on the menue like chicken holiday!!! Everything is over fried in old nasty grease, frozen food, the ribs were burnt to crisp and all fat and gristle. I cud not eat any of the food!!! Just awful!

Great!!! Fresh hot food, Ordered 12 piece chicken nuggets, regular size potato wedges definitely enough to share with two people and a little Roman sandwich which was realllllyyyyy good, matched the description perfectly, lightly breaded, crispy, not salty, nice soft bun, garlic and butter was perfectly yoked. I guess they dip the chicken in the butter? Idk but damnit holiday chicken is great.. oh and my girl enjoyed her nuggets they were good!!

Listen, if you have an off craving for some good, crispy fried chicken.. this is it. Super SUPER underrated and this location's chicken is pretty consistently 4-5⭐. Having lived in the city the presentation/customer service doesn't bother me any, it's what you'd expect from a low-key place with high-key delicious food: minimal & slightly outdated decor/aesthetic, direct but polite staff and Minimal-Moderate wait times. Even mid-pandemic the walk in experience was fine, organized and well met. Also the fried chicken is delicious.

Ordered a family meal for 2 last weekend. To my surprise every piece of chicken was cooked perfectly without a drop of oil in any bite. I care about that more than anything else. The chicken was very tasty. The mash potatoes were ok and the roll was great. Very good virus protection. I'd wait an hour for this quality of fried chicken anyday.

I made a pick order online. I placed the order an hour before my pick up time. I informed my pick up time. My food was not ready. I had to wait 22 minutes. My chicken was not fully cooked. Awful costumer service. I will never return.

It was a festive evening. I walked into the chicken store to grab a bite before my next deployment.I immediately I had Vietnam flashbacks that led to me having a meltdown in there back kitchen while holding the chicken lady at gunpoint.It was a great place to go love the atmosphere.
