The hibachi chef was fun and the food was good, not too many fancy flips or tricks but the steaks were all cooked perfect and seafood was tasty. Sushi was delicious. It was a Saturday night and they did a nice job of not having all chefs cooking at once, it wasn't too smokey or crowded.Our server was not very engaging and seemed too busy, there was no soy sauce for sushi on our counter and we never received soft drink refills until after our meals were done.

The food was good overall, but we got an order of the toro sashimi and were less than impressed. For those who may have never had it, it's arguably the best of the best of sashimi cuts. I have had it before, and it was like butter. This cut had sinew in the middle. It was chewey and honestly not appetizing to try and swallow. It was very off-putting. Granted, it wasn't a $100 piece, but i would not expect that for a $10 piece of sashimi when most other cuts were less than half the cost. That said i will likely go back, but will avoid higher priced cuts for fear of being let down.

The food was great quality. The chef made my filet to my exact specifications and was very skilled.
Food and atmosphere were decent. Waitress got mad that she got a $30 tip. Made a scene in front of another party and brought an embarrassing experience.Apparently tips given to the chef are his and she has to split with the chef so he was making more and I guess that made her upset.

This is a great place has an authentic feel. Clean Environment & Welcoming Energy. They were very kind with any questions we had and service was fast. We got sushi 8.5/10 . I also saw a hibachi table with definitely be trying that next time. I recommend Japanese soda ! Overall , great place if your craving Japanese food.

a group of us came for a team outing for work, and got alan as our hibachi chef. he was AMAZING! the food was delicious, he was so funny & made it fun for us! i would definitely come back! the only complaint i had was the music was kind of weird, more spa like and didnt fit the atmosphere but that was it!
