If I were asked as Dasher to rate the worst restaurant in this area, it would definitely be Panera Bread. I think they have a very bad, inexperienced manager.

Manager on duty night of 2/29/24 seemed to have little care for replacing an order that was not delivered to me on the other side of the same shopping center because she said ot was a Doordash problem. I didnt even know my food was being delivered by Doordash ( whom I have never used) I Thought it was being delivered by Panera themselves. I never plan to visit Panera again die to my having to repay for the same order twice. Store was paid the initial amount, but refused to remake/ reimburse. I think this is poor business. And I'd ding doordash as well but can't figure out how to do so.

Hailey F and Jason both displayed beyond noteworthy customer care during my visit on 12/26/23.Both of them exceeded my expectations twofold, providing a level of kindness, care, effort and dedication, which I have not experienced in YEARS. MANY YEARS.I would like to stress that these two deserve to be recognized for their efforts; I believe them to illuminate the business in a glorious light, while setting an incredible example of what other employees should strive for.To conclude, Jason is an incredible leader and Hailey F would truly yield to be an incredible one as well!!! I am confident that, if given the proper opportunity to display her capabilities, Hailey F could prove to be an immense asset as a supervisor!!Please take my shared opinions into heavy consideration and I hope that my words carry enough weight to sustain a more prosperous future for these two!

A little run down compared to Mt. Laurel location. The walls need patching and repainting and the ceiling tiles definitely need a cleaning.I did appreciate how they had someone on the customer's side of the counter checking orders... I've had my food taken in the past when it was unsupervised.

Every single time, people who aren’t curbside pick up, park in the curbside pickup. Which is annoying because there’s never any parking to begin with. It’s curbside for a reason.

Scone was good. Otherwise not great, ordered a greek salad: container was less than half filled and the tomatoes and olives were mush, they forgot the bread (usually the best part!). Seemed like they were limited to leftover ingredients from a holiday weekend. Ordered on the kiosk which was fine but between the 6 workers and 1 customer (me) in the store not one person even looked up or even called a name when my food was ready. I typically don't go in stores any more since everything is available via delivery services so perhaps my expectations were just to high on the customer service aspect but this was generally a poor experience.

Came in for a quick bite. Wifi is full or disabled so you can't connect (5G reception is also poor here). Granted it's lunch time but no tables are getting wiped down, long wait line. I'm leaving for another Panera....
