Had order delivery order canceled and when I tried to call I sat on hold and was transferred multiple times. Never got somebody on the phone before I had to find somewhere else to feed my hungry family over an hour later.

This is extra mushroom. Our supreme had more mushrooms… Received hand tossed instead on pan. Love Pizza Hut but they need to hire more competent workers.

Got two pizzas. Both honestly DISGUSTING! The crust was paper thin and mealy and mushy. The tastes were bad, very bad. I got a L pepperoni and a L Supreme. My girl and I were the roughly disgusted! I had tried recently a "DOM" Pizza and it was very bad so I tried O Hut and it was worse, I got sick from eating it as I think it was varlmwly cooked, not hot and the crust as I said was like MUSH! I am a man of truth and faith and I would never write anything I could not testify to in court. The BOXES didn't even stay together. They unfolded and half a pie was laying on my front seat. It was essentially inedible. I don't want my $23 back I just wanted to warn others. I do like P. John's and most pizzarias but THIS WAS LIKE DOG FOOD. DF

It's solid Pizza Hut food and reminds me of when I was a kid and we'd order from Pizza Hut. Our pizzas and our bread sticks are tasty and always hot. We do the hand tossed. I tell myself it's healthier than the pan pizza and they have Mug Root Beer. Our order has always been ready on time and hot. This is why I give it an overall 5 stars. They also have the personal size pizzas and vegetarian options. Most of the team are friendly. Some could be friendlier. There are a few tables and they've always been clean when I pick up an order to go, but I don't eat here because I just want to carry out. If you want gourmet pizza or a different competitor, this isn't for you. Otherwise this is a good location for Pizza Hut.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie toppings and a Veggie Lovers pizza. Bread sticks, garlic bread, and pasta options as well.Parking: It's located in a strip mall so if parking is crowded, it's likely because the Starbucks next door is busy.

It was ready in a timely matter, they didn't skimp on my toppings (like other pizza huts have), the guy was nice, and the food was delicious!

If I can give ZERO I would. I got a really bad case of food poisoning from sauce. It was so bad I thought it was gonna be hospitalized. This is day three, and i'm still in recovery. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, I THINK I AM GOING TO CALL MY LAWYER
Another disappointing order. Food was half hour late, and when it came the driver said the delay was because my wings were given to someone else and they had to remake it. And when calling to get status I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. They need to hire better people

You are either team Pizza Hut or you aren’t. I like Pizza Hut. It brings me back to my “book it” days getting a personal pan pizza for pretending to read and get a soda in the classic red cup. Nostalgic to the nth degree.Nostalgia is strong, but this location actually stands up to it. They are friendly, they deliver on time with food that is actually hot, and they have 100% accuracy for me personally with ordering. Good job! Keep up the nice work!

Ordered pizza from this location at 8:52pm on 9/8/23. I received a text stating my order was confirmed and it will arrive at 10:42pm. 11pm I’m calling to check on my order and the worker that answered the phone (male) asked what I wanted I stated the problem and he hung up. I’m calling back and they won’t pick up the keep letting it go to the call center. This is highly unprofessional after they charged my card. I will be contacting corporate on this location first thing in the morning. We are getting to the bottom of this. I guess that’s why they have 3.5 stars now.
