I went to this location for the first time, but have been to Playa Bowls in the past. The store was all decorated for Açaí day. They didn't mention there were special promos for today, so I went ahead and ordered my Nutella bowl. They made it very quickly and all of the ingredients were really fresh. I was disappointed to see later on their Instagram that they were offering $5 off the bowls today only. The employee who rang me up didn't mention that. I paid $15 for my Nutella bowl, and while it was good, it was overpriced in my opinion.

Playa bowls always takes my allergy (gluten) very seriously by changing gloves and highlighting gluten free when I order online. As of now I have never been sick from eating a bowl. I am very symptomatic at the slightest bit of cross contamination.Dietary restrictions: Always perfect with my celiac disease. I have never been sick from a bowl.
