Ive ordered from here 4 times. 3/4 times there were quality issues with my food, from old hard rice, to burnt egg roles, and being charged for extra pritien i didnt get. They got it right once. I feel like its my own fault bcuz i chose to keep ordering because the food tastes good, and i guess im kinda hoping they get it together. This last time was the burnt egg roles time. It was doorDashed so i know there was nothing they could do, but i wanted the manager to know what happened so they may be able to improve. When i called, I was told the manager wasnt available, "she aint here" were the exact words. Before i could ask when they would be there i was hung up on.I will never order from here again. Honestly the food is good, but the food quality at least as far as ive experienced is 25/75٪ unfavorable. I wanted this place to get it right but they clearly have some issues to work out over there. They wont get my business again.

The food is fresh and at a great price. The staff has never been anything less than exceptional- even when there was an issue with our order. I wish I lived closer to this location because it’s kind of a pain to get to. Otherwise, no complaints! They have a great taste in music too!

Food was actually pretty good, but the staff working today was embarrassingly unprofessional. I walked in and no one was at the front to take my order. After I eventually ordered and got my food, the tall white guy in particular was obnoxiously loud in the kitchen spewing nonsense. I then witnessed a customer come in to pick her order - she misread the receipt at the pickup shelf and asked what the status was - the same guy went on a tangent rudely telling her that it was there and to read the whole receipt, then started repeatedly calling the friendly customer a bitch to his peers after she walked out. Wild experience and probably won't go back even though I enjoyed the food.

Ordered through the app and food was ready on time for pickup within 15 minutes. Good amount of spicy sauce on the fried, crispy tofu. Veggies were fresh and still held up well in the bowl. Noodles went well with the tofu and veggies. They followed request to remove eggs from fried rice. Would order again!

I have eaten at this place a few times and have seen a few things with my own eyes. First of all, the tables are untidy and often dirty. The couriers who come to take orders wait for minutes. And customers are not taken care of, several times customers had to go back because their order was not taken. It is as if this place is not a business and is full of staff who come to have fun. The staff of this place needs to change and the customers need to be taken care of.

food was not impressive at all, rice was super soggy even when we ate it right away, they skimp in the broccoli, the bowls were so watery. it is also very expensive for what they give you, you are better off getting a meal at a real chinese food restaurant or if you still want fast food- even panda express is better.

I see there are a lot of bad reviews from over 6 months ago so I'll post a new one. Most of the reviews in the past two years mention slowness. I just had a really good two protein bowl through DoorDash and it came fast and hot from 8 miles away. I've been craving good chicken teriyaki over rice since a place I liked in center city closed about five years ago. They use real chicken thighs, and the flavors are good (maybe a touch sweet but hey it's teriyaki for the masses). Great char grilled flavor and well cooked brown rice. The veggies were still crisp too, not over cooked. I will order again. Give them a try, they don't deserve such a low average rating.

Just finished my meal. Found broken black plastic at the bottom of my meal. While I was dining in earlier today, the staff was spraying cleaning chemicals right next to my table. Staff were yelling to each other.
can someone let me know when they have a new staff. i honestly think that’s the problem they don’t care it looked like a mom and 2 sons . it was good the first time i got it but the last couple times it was trash. they need better quality ingredients or better employees who know how to cook because once upon a time it was delicious and id love to eat there again but now it tastes like they cook with dirty dishes.. absolutely foul

The old white guy waiting on us was rude to me and my friend when we we’re looking at what to order on top of that I tried to use the in app bogo were and he didn’t how to scan the coupon; You can’t be rude to customers and clueless about your job and then asked for a tip on top of that.

Ok. I'm the picky vegan that asks all the questions from, "How do you prepare the food?" to "May I see you ingredients list?". The three guys in there tonight were a little taken back by my questions but overall very patient with me and my list of questions. They happily ran down everything as I pulled up the list online and one of the guys actually recited from memory what was in the teriyaki sauce. I ended up getting a veggie bowl bundle because you really can't beat the price! I absolutely love that the food is prepared right away to order and not under a heating lamp all day. The tofu & vegetables were fresh and full of flavor. I could have used more sauce but other than that- I enjoyed every bit of it. The place was moderately sized but spacious, clean and quiet. Can't wait to go back and order again- I was truly pleasantly surprised.Vegetarian options: Tofu & Veggie bowl

I ordered door dash and it was a waste of money. The rice was very mushy and had no flavor. The very small piece of salmon was dry. The veggies were okay but they gave me very little. There was so much rice but very little fish and veggies. This was my first and last time ordering. Please save your money and don’t buy. I was hoping the reviews were wrong.
