I've eaten at A Salute a few times and my baby shower was held there as well. The food was excellent: the arancini, meatballs, eggplant parm, Detroit style pizza - all excellent. The owner is very welcoming and the staff are attentive. If you're on the fence and are considering dining here, give it a shot.

Went Saturday 17th after valentines. Hostesses isn't the greatest & not friendly. She gave a bad 1st impression of the place on arrival. Actually almost walked out after waiting a 1hour for a table despite reservation available on open table & arriving early. Hostess was seating walk-ins in front of our face & when we had a reservation already for 6:30. Once seated, service was awesome. Our waiter Dimitri was on point & awesome. Can't forget the 2 guys @ the bar were awesome as well while we waited. They made up for the bad welcoming by the hostess & for that reason I would return. In addition, their Pasta Fagioli ranks pretty high in my book & stood out so I'd go back just for that. My wife raved about her skirt steak & oysters rockafella. I thought the skirt steak was Ok but to each their own. Look forward to returning & trying their pasta dishes as they look good on other tables.

Very happy to finally enjoy a dinner here. Always drive by in the summer and see it bustling! Have only heard great things about this place and had the opportunity to bring my family of 5 for an early dinner. The restaurant is quite unique in that it was a former chapel and it certainly adds to its charm. We were taken care of from start to finish! Everyone was so attentive and friendly. We each started with a cocktail, I had the Negroni, which was divine! Kudos to the delightful bartender! We shared the Mediterranean octopus appetizer, it was cooked to perfection!! Both of my children enjoyed it! Three of us had a pasta dish and it was actually “Al dente”. My Italian heart was happy!! We were full after dinner so opted for espresso and our kids devoured the gelato! (I may have had a taste) 10/10 would recommend. You won't be disappointed!

My first visit here and I was super impressed! Everything was great from the food to the drinks to the ambiance. Our server Jeff was wonderful and super friendly and made great recommendations for our drinks and food. The espresso martini I had was one of the best I've ever tried. If you're looking to try a new Italian restaurant I highly recommend A Salute. I'm looking forward to sitting on the patio when the weather gets nicer!

This past weekend we celebrated our marriage at A Salute. We can’t being to describe what a wonderful time we had. The food was 10/10, every server & bartender went above & beyond to cater to everyone. Owners & management were always there making sure everything was top notch & helping out from start to finish. We had 59 people and almost everyone stated they would return back for dinner. If you plan to have any type of party this is the place to be. We were also told we had one of the nicest & most electric party there yet! Thank you guys so much for everything we will be back very soon! Special shoutout to our event coordinator Anthony, staff & all management!
the open table app said nothing about weather the reservation was for the bar , patio, or main dining room , so they tried to put us on the enclosed patio but the roof was leaking , so as i got up to leave all of a sudden they had a table in the main dining room, the food was good but the service staff not that good would not go back
The place Inside is beautiful , looks like it was an old church converted into a restaurant, very charming . The bar is a great size with a beautiful dining experience. Our waiter Dimitri was top notch and a pleasure to have serving us .

Despite having a reservation for 7:00 they seated others who arrived after me before me even though they had reservations at the same time as I. Then, they tried to seat me near a cold plastic tarp, then at the bar. After 20 minutes I was finally seated in the main dining room. (Where the person who had been seated before me was eating, surrounded by 4/empty tables. ) Then after waiting for 30 minutes for food, I was told my appetizer had been given to another table and that now thy would start preparing my food. It was clear that I was not welcomed there and will never return.
