This was the 3rd time I have been there and all 3 times my order wasn’t right. On 04/11/2024 I went in order my food and once again it was wrong. On top of not getting the order right…I got sick too…I saw the Bacon just sitting on the nasty grill.. .. That’s why I don’t order bacon… But people don’t care about putting out a good product.

Overpriced. Order was made incorrectly. Had to drive back to have it fixed and they gave me attitude about remaking it. Lots of other places in this area to check out for bagels/sandwiches

The guy behind the counter was very rude. Only 2 thin slices of pork roll on a pork roll egg and cheese you barely tasted it. Bagel was good but that’s about it. Also got a coffee cake that he swore was fresh but it was hard as a rock even after microwaving it. Place used to be really good years ago don’t know what happened.

Revising my review from a few years ago... Prices are literally outrageous for honestly mediocre food and pretty rough service. If they are going to price items the way they do, they better be amazing quality or quantity. Unfortunately neither are the case.There was literally a lady right before me bringing food back because she couldn't believe what she got for the price.Bagels are decent but you can throw a rock and hit 5 bagels places around the area. Service was meh but I can deal with it if everything else was up to par.For transparency my previous review before the pandemic. Not sure what happened:Amazing bagels, and great sandwiches. The place can get a little crazy and crowded on the weekend mornings.

The pricing is INSANE. INSANE. I was going to get a small half and half , and an egg and cheese croissant $17!!!!!!!! ??? GTF out. Literally more than those employees make in an hr almost $20 for a small half&half and croissant ? ????????????????????
