What the hell is the point of the app if I'm waiting 30 min after the point.... HEY IDIOTS OF BURGER KING PPL LIKE CREAM AND SUGAR IN THEIR COFFEE. GIVE IT TO US U LAZY PPL. I enjoy Burger King in general but this location the food is almost always cold. I even received coffee today with my breakfast that was Luke warm at best. I still go here out of convenience.

About 3 weeks ago one early morning and still dark outside, I ran over a divider and caused 2 tire flats and eventually had to get 2 new tires and a wheel alignment. Total cost was $458. My point was, there was no indication of a divider on their property, the right side of the building. I called BK multiple times at the location and requested to speak with a general manager or store owner. No response. Piss poor management and/or just didn’t want to be involved or make any necessary adjustments to make sure someone else doesn’t hit the divider on the right side of the building! Amazing!!! Shame on you!

I want to say the 2 ladies that I see working in this location without any other staff is amazing. 1 is running the front and drive thru while the other is trying to keep up with the insane amount of orders they get on a Friday evening. I hope they get a bonus or something, those 2 women deserve it. I wish there was a way they could get some help.

There used to be a KFC in my town that was the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever visited in my life. If you only had a half hour lunch while you were at work you could not go there. I believe since that establishment has closed down all the employees have moved to this one. I didn't rate the food because I didn't get any food because the wait time was too long

The worst experience. Sitting in the drive-through for too long. I checked and only 2 people were eating inside. I left the drive-through, and others did the same. Waiting 20 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me is unacceptable. I went to McDonald's and out of the drive-through in about 5 minutes.

Went to Burger King Saturday night, 12/16/202, to the drive up. my order was taken, paid for my food, and was asked to pull around and sit in a parking space, and they would bring my food out to me. I waited 25 minutes. I wasn’t the only one waiting there four people waiting inside, and there was one person ahead of me. After 25 minutes, I went inside and asked the woman behind the counter if that was my food under the heat lamp, and she said no. So I produce my receipt and told her I wanted my money back supposed to be a fast food restaurant. There were four people working or I should say on duty but as far as I could see, there were only two people working. This is not the first time this is happened to me. You wait for for your food at the Matawan Burger King. This is the last time I go matawan, Burger King! I drove to the Burger King in Old Bridge, and from the time I placed my order and got my food. I don’t even think it was five minutes. The difference was night and day! As far as I’m concerned, you can close the Matawan Burger King down. What an embarrassment of a Burger King!

Brand new bldg everything shines!! Also good breakfast food, and I made a huge discovery, they don't charge for coffee refill, and the coffee was good served with half and half creamer , the guest room is still clean and has the brand new feeling, the soda machine is the computerized new one that dispense dozens of kinds of soda and has also a good tasting cold water I had some today,
