The best ice cream place around. The staff was so kind & welcoming. Let us try all the samples we wanted and answered all of our questions about how building a monster worked. Seriously the nicest people around and the most delicious ice cream. The little trading card things are such a cute touch (even if 2/3 of us forgot them & are honestly devastated) We will definitely be back. 10/10
We love Ice Cream Monster! This is our son's favorite ice cream place, and we often go here with our whole family to celebrate birthdays and other milestones. This place is so cute! The monster theme and decor are awesome. The ice cream is delicious and fresh. Every single staff member we have encountered has been so nice- accommodating, patient, and helpful. They let you try whatever flavors you like!

It was our first time going here and we were very impressed by the flavors. My wife tried a vegan flavor and she said it was one of the best ones she’s ever had. As we walked up to the store, we saw the owner cleaning up the outside and while we were sitting inside, we saw him cleaning up as well (bonus points), you can tell he wants to keep his shop clean. Excellent customer service and flavors, we will definitely come back!!
