There was a time when this place was worth shopping from. 3 slices of cheese and 5 slices of turkey...... The rest was bread and some pickles. Tasties subs is the way to go

I have had the best experience with JM in Matawan. They have been amazing working with us for a luncheons we provide for our HS students. Everything is always fresh and the kids love the sandwiches. Everything is always ready for pickup on time and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this location!!!
I love Jersey Mikes, but today was so disappointing. The guy making the subs after he wrapped them would pick up any left over lettuce that was on the counter and just throw it back in the with the fresh lettuce. What topped it off and I walked out was he then scraped everything off the cutting board back in with the lettuce too. When I asked why he was doing that his reply was "the subs are on the counter too"... Well they shouldn't be !!! REALLY... someone needs to retrain him.

Food is good. The staff is friendly but they sometimes need to remember that when you order and need certain item on or off sandwich. Please try to pay more attention the the detail of the sandwich regarding the request.

Way over priced when you pay $28.00 for one whole sub and one 1/2 sub. Same quality as Subway that's cost 1/3 more, never will recommend or step one foot inside this franchise again

My experience with JM in Matawan has been nothing but positive. I had to place a big order for one of the local high school clubs and had to stay within a tight budget. Emily the manager, worked with me to figure out what would be the best deal and helped with keeping me within the budget. It was great seeing a manager work hard to help out and explain the many options I had. Kids loved the subs and break from the usual pizza lunch for their events. Definitely going back for more catering.
