The food is great at Panini. The thing I love the most is their fries. I don't know what they do to them, but they are the best fries I have ever eaten. My wife and I have been there a few times and will be going back again soon!

I’ve gotten both take out and delivery from here. Food is amazing with a lot of different options. Atmosphere is nothing special but very clean and well taken care of.However, they have constantly dropped the ball on their deliveries over and over again the past 4 times I’ve ordered. On too occasions they’ve forgotten the drinks which were printed on the bag and receipt, and one time the driver got snappy at my partner about it.On another occasion they have just left the food outside my apartment to on a super cold day without ringing the door bell or calling, maybe they rang the wrong one?Most recently they delivered the food to the wrong address (correct address on the e-receipt I got and on the ticket) and when I called after speaking with the driver, the restaurant indicated it was perhaps my fault and to check my neighbors door steps (why would you just leave food out without knocking or ringing a doorbell either way) even though I had told them that the driver literally told me he gave it to someone who wasn’t me or my apartment.Food is great, south western chicken wrap, Italian panini, turkey and brie are delicious and hearty would recommend 10/10 times, but beware of their delivery service, going to be doing pick up from here on out.

I always get p25 because it’s the closest thing to an authentic Italian prosciutto, arugula, and fresh mozz sandwich I could find. I’m addicted to this place.

Order 2 Paninis. French dip and steak w goat cheese. I wouldn't call it a panini since it was barely pressed. The flavor of the ingredients were ok but would call this a hot sandwich instead.

Ordered a goat cheese salad based on reviews. On yelp the salad comes with arugula on their site it comes with mixed greens. My salad --- full of iceberg. Disappointed.

I eat here once a week, everytime the food, service, delivery was impeccable. Food was delicious, Fresh. I have eaten their Wraps, hamburgers, fries (regular & sweet potatoe) amazing. Whom ever said 3 stars was so off, I give this place 5 Stars ******** plus. I recommend this place for anyone, I have not had their breakfast yet but lunches are terrific. Their delivery is quick & the drivers are always very friendly & courteous.

My 2 favorites are the Pear & Goat Cheese and the Beet Salad. The candied walnuts that are in the salad are delicious! The salads are always fresh and so delicious. They don’t skimp on any of the ingredients. The salads come with fresh bread that’s amazing! I also tried their mushroom and Swiss burger that was very good! The brioche bun for the burger melted in my mouth. The eggplant and mozzarella panini I though was good, but I wouldn’t order that particular panini again. It tasted a little plain for my taste. I think their fries ok and could be better. Overall, I love Panini Bistro for their amazing bread and salads. I look forward to try more of their Paninis. I highly recommend Panini Bistro in Matawan!
