Came here with my sister, ordered a salad and a poke bowl. Both of our orders were incorrect and contained barely any food…not worth $16 for two bowls with tiny portions. We only realized when we got home. Very disappointed because this place used to be great.

Seriously ..I pay $13.00 no got not even half filled bowl and when I ask she said sorry that’s how we make and wouldn’t fix it ..it I have gone a million times and never had this problem with my bowl being half filled

very upset online says they are open until 8pm. today 9/21 got there at 7:30 pm and the store was closed with a worker inside. My question why they don’t update the hours so people don’t waste time and gas. it’s not the first time that happened to me. that’s really bad for a business!

My husband just picked up lunch for us on 7/28/22 and it seems like my Hermosa bowl must have been premade and came right out of the freezer. The fruit is rock hard frozen and it is not enjoyable or easy to eat. I am very disappointed.8/15/22 Update: after a very long email exchange with Cherry where I had to prove that I purchased a bowl, I got a free bowl added to my reward account. If it wasn't for the free bowl, I definitely would not have gone back so I appreciate the gesture.

This is my favorite smoothie bowl eatery. They make it simple by not overwhelming the customer with pre-constructed bowls. You just choose what you want by following the steps on the board Great tasting, better than the others

Food tasted hirendous and made us sick wasn't even the right order. The wraps where soggy and mine tasted like they poores white vinegar all over it. Don't eat here unless you want to waste your money

Just went into Sweet berry and Jaidyn was extremely welcoming and very helpful! She had great knowledge of the different bowls. The bowl was great as well. Will definitely go back.

Decent bowls but the prices on the menu were $2 less than the actual price when it got rung up and $1 more for the coconut flakes even though it was already included on the menu (not add-on). Ended up being $46 instead of $36 for 3 bowls. Ridiculous.

I got the sweet tuna poke bowl. 14 dollars for such a puny amount of food. The taste of it is below average, and the fish was very metallic tasting. The epitome of not worth it.They were missing most of their sauces and food options. The salad is expensive and bland. Highly recommend you don't go here.

Not worth the money. I had the green crush bowl. The base tasted funky and it was very watery. The banana on it tasted way passed ripe as well. Just wasn't a good first experience.
Staff was super friendly. I ordered a chocolate dream smoothie and my sister made her own bowl. Both were exceptional

Very disappointed. First and last time ordering from this place. Horrible. Fruits are not fresh at all and it tasted weird. Waste of $15, had to throw out all the fruits except the bananas which shockingly were fresh. I don’t recommend anyone to waste their money on this place.

Just ordered a poke bowl through uber eats. WORST poke bowl I ever ordered. It came with basically no food, toppings/sauces I ordered were missing, barley any tuna, and they put it in an oversized box and it came like a total mess. Not worth 16 dollars. I sent a complaint in and think I deserve a refund.

DISGUSTING! Not only did the entire restaurant smell like mold and bleach, their workers can't even make a wrap that won't completely fall apart, when i told the worker that it fell apart as soon as i picked it up they did not even offer to remake it. The customer service was practically non existent, i would never go again. i have no idea how this place is still open.
