I have always loved this place but idk what happened today but I’m highly disappointed in the quality of food I received the bagels are usually a good size and puffy or at least not as flat as they were today…… today I received almost flat and seemed to be old bagels that seemed much smaller than usual and I paid good amount of money for them so I’m very upset normally I pick up my order but due to a recent injury I was not able to do pick up and had to do delivery and it was not worth it at all also the strawberry cream cheese hardly tasted like strawberries idk what that’s about but I definitely would NOT recommend DELIVERY

I enjoy a latte and a bagel from this place. Having moved here from New York City 8 months ago, I miss the bagels.However today I came in and an older man maybe Indian or Middle Eastern took my order. When I said I would like a latte with no foam, he simply starred at me in a rude manner. I had to repeat myself several times but clearly he was in a bad mood or something. My point is that a normal conversation could have occurred but instead he acted like a misogynistic rude jerk. Frankly you would think if it’s his own business he could be nicer.I’m disgusted by his demeanor and will definitely not be coming back here!!

You go in to order and owner start with you over heating a few bagels outta the dozen..then tell you coffee refills are at managements decrestion.. so refills are only free if management says so.. really . Then to embarrass me Infront of customers, and employees.. refused cooperate phone number when asked. Was rude, stared at you like a serial killer ... Like really.. all I did was place and order and want coffee and to sit down and have 2 bagels warmed on a snowy day

Manager and his son were incredibly rude when my husband asked a simple question. If they still had an item on their menu. The attitude from the manager is beyond me. Also asked for them to lightly toast my bagel and it was burnt like it was thrown into the sun. Will save my $20 and go somewhere else.

the employees are usually nice but the management and owner and his kid leave a lot to be desired ( tall thin kid of owner or manager) doesn't listen more times than not.....they never check with dine in customers before dumping dark roast coffee even if you tell them or ask them to let you know.... for some reason the get rid of dark hour to hour and half before closing and keep tooty fruity flavored coffees like holiday blends and pumpkin and vanilla hazelnut, meanwhile most of times I am The only customer at Mays landing or egg harbor township (both owned by same family)and only drink dark roast and they both get rid of dark roast first long before closing and never ask before doing it...... As far as store conditions most times of year it's way to hot in the Mays landing store and you sweat......when only in a t shirt. PS, FYI when Manhattan bagels responds to reviews and wants follow up the egg harbor township store is not listed as a store option......are you supposed to file it under Mays landing????

The coffee is OK. I got a latte with almond milk the first 2 days hot enough. The third day it was cold. The owner behaves like he is not very happy to be there.

Been coming here for years for breakfast and they’ve always sold dog treats at the counter but I get kicked out for trying to walk in with my little dachshund. I would’ve stood outside while I wait for my order but I was stopped and told no before I could even make it to the counter. I’m assuming it was the manger or owner but he was very rude and when I asked how I was supposed to order he just shrugged his shoulders. Very unprofessional and rubbed me the wrong way, I live less than 5 minutes away but I won’t be coming here again

Manager is very rude. Me and my mother had our own eclub free bagel reward. I never had manhattan bagel and tried to use my own eclub membership reward. The manager said he never seen this in his life and when I tried to show him my phone he proceeded to say that he needed my phone as if I’m gonna hand him my phone. He then said we had to pay tax and when we tried to he then was telling the cashier to give it to us without paying tax. I then had a bad taste in my mouth and just wanted to pay for our bagels but then he kept being rude and telling us to take our bagels but I just didn’t want the bagels anymore. Please do yourself and your heart a favor and don’t go here. You will receive mistreatment.

Just had coffee......okay not great.....a tad bitter. I will not try the bagels as just by looking at them I could see they are not authentic looking. Coming from NY/No Jersey bagels are a serious matter. They better be good. These just looked very doughy. Did not want to try and be disappointed.
