Very rude from the moment i went to take my order i said forget it because sense they're so unprofessional i don't trust them to make my food don't go here unless you like rude employees and a dirty place I'd give a 0 if i could.

I went through the drive through. I specifically asked for whopper no cheese. There was cheese. I also asked for onion rings and ketchup. No Ketchup. The place was empty for Noon on a Monday. The bill was $12.24 and I gave them $12.25. I got a Canadian penny for change. I had to wait and they brought it out to me and another customer. There was no time to protest. I had a similar experience a few months ago but thought I'd give them another go. I guess this is why they are empty at noon.

This Burger King is the most disgusting & dirty Burger King I have ever been in. Floors are filthy, water on the table , floors & a puddle of water on a chair. Leaking from the ceiling with no address to the situation. The man at the register was leaning on the counter when I walked in and he was obviously taking a nap. After some nasty remark and not helping me I walked out and went to McDonald’s and spent my $62 and was treated like a valued customerI won’t ever dine at this dump Burger King for sure. The only thing that stops this Burger King from thriving is they only got one chef now so you have to pull around but they are still fast I adore everyone who works there especially the manager who is always on! She treats the customers and employees with such patience and grace. I have personally seen other employees treat her poorly walk out on her and her keep it going like a real boss does. She also connected with me on so many levels. Every time I wait a little longer she makes sure I get a soda filled or my fries will be outpouring from the bag! I go there legit like 2-3 week cuz my daughter works across the way and is obsessed with the cheesy tots and fries! Just wanna give my main spot a shout out cuz so many judge so quickly or have no patience to wait three mins for food. Just saying I get it’s fast food but anything under ten mins in my mind is fast food lol ?

The cashier gave me the Finger the last time I was there and the last time for any Burger King She was out of control had blonde extensions and long finger nails I don’t know about you but getting the middle finger from employee of a company I’m giving money too says the whole place Managers and staff is not a place to do business with. Hopefully they go out of business All single stars = ZERO.

This particular fast food establishment has kicked "fast" to the curb. Wait time to place an order and to get the order was way too long.The food was improperly prepared due to buns not being toasted. The manager gave me another classic melt to compensate me but it too was untoasted.

Ordered in the drive through and were told they didn’t have any onion rings made and to pull around and wait. After 20 mins went inside. They couldn’t find the order slip. The. Proceeded to give me a loaded whopper when we special ordered plain. (My son won’t eat it with everything on it) 25 mins to wait for burger king. Staff was nice especially the female but there were only three people working
