Domino's just lost a customer...I ordered food online Sat 1-15 at 1215 am and after 11 min , I get a text saying order is canceled..I was already on my way to pick up food and sign says there open to 1 am, door is closed and person is there and wouldn't acknowledge me as I'm knocking on door..Ohh well Lost a customer for life for poor customer service.

not only were they 2 hrs late....wrong pizzas.I ordered one specialty pizza with just cheese...BS everything pizza. the driver was nice and the kid running it was lost...asked me what I thought he should do. Whoever is running this franchise needs to rethink things. I ended up mak8ng dinner...thanks dominos. 1st time I called I was sent to an auto bot telling me about all the hot,cheezy goodness I could order...f me. I've been a Domino's customer for 20 yrs...done. ps I ordered a chicken Ceasar Dalad and I'm going to post what they sent...what a joke. I was so embarrassed I hid it from my husband so he wouldn't laugh at me.
They are slow and DGAF. Sitting here waiting on the pizza - phones ringing off the hook. Guys behind the counter openly talking about how they "are at 1900" trying not to meet last year's goal of "2500". I assume this means F's given. Why TF did my wife decide to order from these people when there are ten better places to get pizza within sharting distance. Shame.

Always such nice customer service here! The pizza is always made exactly how we request it. If they are out of anything they are always up front about it and make substitutions without any problems or up-charging. Literally enjoy picking up my pizza from here. Can't say enough about this locations management and staff. It makes all the difference in the world!

Honestly the best Domino's. Half the time, they are so late that if you have a Domino's account, they'll "apologize" and give you enough points for a free pizza. I only have to pay for a pizza about half the time, so hey, I'm not complaining. (Maybe they're also trying to get us to just cook our own food and stop ordering?) Keep up the good work!
