Horrible overall, If you place an order don't think thats enough to guarantee you getting your food. Not only that during the holidays but calling at 12:00 on a Sunday being sold out is pathetic. You open at 10:30am so you are sold out by 12:00? Fix your shit !

Everything you hope for from a local family-owned and operated eatery. Easy order and take-out, best chicken anywhere anytime. Cheese steaks are also good and prefer Pic 3 steaks over the other local places. Medford could use more places like Pic 3. Very fair prices across the menu. Wish they were open Monday/Tuesday though. Updated 5/2023…. Still great!

As most people, I didnt get my wing order for the SB when I showed up at 6:00PM for the order i put in almost 2 weeks ago! what annoys me the most was they never called me during the day, when they clearly knew they couldn't fulfill my order, and tell me i had no chance of getting my wings. i even called them in the afternoon and no mention that I had snowball's chance in hell of getting them! so on top of not getting me my food, they took away my chance to get wings from somewhere else!!

Waited 2 1/2 hours for super bowl order and they failed to deliver 4:00 order and at 5:34 told it maybe another hour plus. Had to opt for a refund. Ruined our Super bowl dinner.

Maybe wait in front of their store for 2 hours in the rain before finally just saying that we can't get you the food you pre ordered days in advance. Now I have nothing for my superbowl party guests. Never going back.

If i could give negative stars, i would. SB night. i have a 6 pm pickup for wings. but they're only on the 3:00 orders!!! i put my order in 2 weeks ago! they clearly took more orders than they could handle. i won't be ordering from them again.

Lost a ton of customers today. No food for my superbowl party because they can't fulfill the week old orders they accepted. No one else is even taking orders so I don't know what I'm going to do. Thanks a lot

We ordered wings for the Super Bowl on the Wednesday before the game, for a 4:00 pick up. We got a call at 2:00 telling us that they were having "problems with their fryers". They asked if we could come at 6. We told them 6:00 would be too late - could we get them at 5:30. The girl said yes and thanks for being understanding. We were getting ready to leave at 4:40 to pick them up but called first to make sure they were ready. The girl who answered said they were still having problems and they'd call us when they were ready. We didn't get a call from them until 7:07 to ask us if we still wanted them. Fortunately we were able to order wings from another wing restaurant in the meantime, who were able to accommodate us. We will NEVER order food from Donnie Russels's again. How can a restaurant which specializes in wings not be prepared for the biggest event of the year? They should have plan A, B and C. We never ever encountered such a disappointment with a restaurant.

My husband and I were in the area and wanted to try a different place, so we stopped at Donnie Russell's Pic 3. How glad we were that we did. We were greeted by the sweetest server named Maxie, and ordered what turned out to be the best wings we have had in years! We were lucky enough to meet Chef Barb and were blown away by her generosity. Talk about old school service, we sat and talked about this and that, it was truly enjoyable. There are no longer places like this anymore. Do not hesitate, go enjoy your meal in a real family atmosphere. P.S...GO EAGLES!
