Their drinks taste nothing like other Dunkin’s . I order one of three drinks on a regular basis from the Dunkin on stokes and on the rare occasion I have to go to this Dunkin instead I wind disappointed and out of $5+.My refresher tastes like watered down green tea with a squirt of simple syrup. The iced caramel latte I ordered last week was like iced down milk with a hint of coffee. Gross. Not to mention, I tried to bring it up in cordial manner that the drinks are always just a little off and I’m at another Dunkin every day ordering the same drinks. the staff doesn’t seem to care. Won’t be going back.

Today { 07/09/2023 } I ordered Munchkins and Donuts through the drive thru after telling them a million times. I don’t know why they don’t speak English. The guy with glasses was making me crazy. He told me to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes. When I got the order there was freaking ANTS on it.This makes us to think they aren’t cleaning their stores. Even if they are saying they are deeply cleaned with P&G professional.When I get inside to tell them I need the refund. They didn’t give me the refund when the freaking store manger isn’t around. It’s dirty inside the store.Especially where they keep diary, Caffeine and Deli products.Big shame on Dunkin160 MedfordMedford, NJ08055.

Consistently rushed and non-personal service. They just want to rush you through as quickly as possible. Zero personality. Undercooked bacon-borderline non-cooked, have asked more than a few times to cook a little longer and they completely ignore request every time. They just don’t care about the customer at this place.

I made my order online this week. My caramel macchiato had matcha powder on the foam. The croissant sandwich smelled foul; as if it had been sitting out a while or tampered with. I only came back to this Dunkin for a second time cause is 5 min from my house. If anyone else receives their meals or drink and looks as if was purposely tampered with, you should start reporting it to your local police station.

Terrible service. Employee charged an unauthorized card after being told not to. Drinks weren’t blended or mixed. Received a burnt bagel. Got overcharged for an entire sandwich. Employee refused to give a refund on the unauthorized card so the payment could be made with the correct one. Also didn’t give a refund on the overcharge.
