DO NOT USE THEM!!!..I was told that my clothes would be done by a certain day and that I would receive a text when they were ready.. When I did not receive a text around noon that day I proceeded to call many times with no answer.. I drove to the establishment to find it was closed 3 hours earlier than advertised on google. But they had a number to text.. When I texted the number and explained my situation I was met with snarky remarks that "if we told you it would be ready than it was ready" and when I asked why I didnt recieved a text or why no one was answering the phone the claimed it was a problem with my cell service..

Looks like I was one of the few misfortunate people that had a horrible experience and service with this place. I haven’t checked my dry cleaning yet because I literally just left the store right now and am in absolute shock of how I was treated by the owner , who berated me and accused me of basically being poor and just trying to get out of not having to pay for THE WORST SERVICE , which in fact is not true whatsoever Mr. Scott . If you can love a dry cleaners, this one qualifies! Prices are great, service is excellent and FAST! They text you when you dry cleaning is ready for pick up which I have found very helpful as I always seem to forget this task with the usual "ticket" reminder (you still get a ticket here but also a reminder text). The also offer a prepayment discount, monthly specials, and loyalty credits (also via text!) which adds to the already great prices. Owner and staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, they actually make a weekly chore pleasant. They offer alterations (which I have not yet used this service but plan to try next time I need a hem). Make the switch to this business now, you will be pleasantly pleased!
