Holy Moly this place is awesome!!!!! The ones that we used to get pretzel rivets from forced you to only pick up in person on major Holidays. Here they let you order ahead no matter the day. In my previous experiences with PPF, you could not order ahead for a pickup at say 2PM or something like that. You had to go say NYE and wait in line for 2 hours for the ability to order and wait for it to be made. Store was a little shabby, but still felt clean, like it needed a paint job but there was no dust or garbage anywhere. Staff was very very friendly, and very helpful. It was a zoo in there for NYE. I ordered 20 pretzels, and they recommended I go to 25 if I want a free dip. It would be a $1 less if I did 20 and a dip, so easy choice. Also got some super spicy mustard! Feel the burn!! And the classic cheese dip. Also got 4 pretzel dogs which did not last long after getting home. I had to wait 5 minutes because they only had 10 of the 25 available, but no biggie! This is the standard "American" pretzel, more bready than the traditional German / Bavarian buttery. All in all this local PPF is a nice location with great staff and fast service! I highly recommend this for all your pretzel needs.

You can't get a pretzel turkey at every Philly Pretzel store and this one needs to be ordered in advance. It can be a fun appetizer using the mustard and cheese dips or a dessert using the sweet chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon dips available at the store as an extra purchase. Apparently they make other pretzel "works of art" for the other holidays. Best kept fun food secret This came from the stokes Rd/Medford store.

When you have teenage boys running your business there’s bound to be issues. Maybe hire some adults who know what they’re doing? They charged me twice for my order and then couldn’t figure out how to issue a refund. How do you get a new system and no one knows how to use it? Lol maybe get some training on it beforehand. Also - terrible customer service , for the inconvenience the least you could do is offer some free pretzels or something for YOUR mistake

Pre-ordered in advance (8 hours ahead) then showed up, had to wait in line for 20 minutes due to covid (not their fault), when I got in they said 30+ minute wait for my order... meanwhile they were serving walk in orders bigger than my pre-order ( 1 tray of nuggets). Staff was very rude to myself and all others in line. If there were too many orders they should have cut off orders and definitely not allowed walk-ins. It's a real shame to see local businesses so mismanaged and staffed with people with such poor customer service. This is what drives people to stop supporting local businesses. I've been a customer of theirs for over 5 years for both myself and my business on a weekly basis and have never been treated so poorly.

Pretty much know what to expect whenever you hit a Philly Pretzel Factory, it's a chain so obviously the food is consistent no matter where you go. But the pretzels are good and the people here at this location are always nice and welcoming to me and the shop is clean. Still miss the mom and pops, but can't ask for much more from a well run chain location.
