Pizza was doughie close to raw which to me is inaccessible for how expensive it is. Get better chefs or check your pizzas when they're done. Don't care if there's a piece missing if it avoids it being inedible!

First of all, I have to say the employees are extremely friendly, and make an effort to greet you. They have panzarottis and just signed up to be on the Slice App. It's located in the same building strip by Medford Bagels. It's clean inside the place but I've never dined in. Only take out. The corn nuggets are so good. The cheesesteaks have been gristly lately. You can't go cheap on steak meat. To be fair I haven't had a great NJ cheesesteak yet. I'm from Conshohocken and we all know where the good PA/Philly area steaks are by now. Panzarottis are a solid choice. The ranch fries are great too. They have pasta entrees too. The pizza is ok, nothing special. I'm giving 4 stars because the service has always been great.

I would not eat here. Terrible customer service. Unreliable delivery, I am not sure what happened... this place used to be to be great but they are a big failure now.

Recently I decided to try Tony Sopranos taco pizza, in Medford. I found their menu that I was sent about three months ago by mail. It had a $2.00 coupon it. I saw the price in the 3 mo. old menu was $18.99. I called and placed an order and told it was $21.99. She said they had new prices. Well since I had the coupon I ordered it. When I got over there, I paid my bill and asked for a new menu. While I was waiting for my pizza, I looked in the new menu. The cost of a taco pizza was $19.99. I asked why I was charged $21.99. She said that that was an old menu. No I said they menu I received just three months ago was the old menu this was an updated one but was still different then what was charged to my debit card. She said they just go by what is in the system. I asked for a refund of $2.00. She got the manager and the manager came out and said whatever is the cash register is the price, they can change it at will. I showed him the menus. He said they are both old menus. I said they should not be given out. He said thats their policy. I then was so disgusted by their lack of responsibility to their customers that I asked for a full refund. He took my debit card and said there. No receipt for the refund. They said they couldn't do it. I told them if the gave me a receipt for the bill then they could give me a refund receipt. After 5 minutes I received the receipt and left. As i waited outside to decide where to go for dinner for my family, the people that were waiting for their order behind me came out with a fairly large order. They said they heard what i said and compared their bill to the menu they were given and they were charged $17.00 over the quoted price of the menu. Now I could catch their discrepency because mine was just one order. But when you order several items you may not realize an error until you get home. Theirs was $17.00. You can image if they do this scam to everyone and you don't check your bill. I checked their reviews and this has happened before, yet they keep this practice going. They also increased their prices last year. Tony Sopranos should be investigated for this practice. Do not order from here unless you do your homework first.

As an employee, I’ve enjoyed my time working at Tony Soprano’s. I’ve know the Chef and his family a long time, and I’m happy to see Díno’s dream of opening his own establishment come true. I will continue to support and cherish every moment I spend here. Sure there are good days and there are bad days. But in the restaurant business you need to give the place at least 5 tries before you make up your mind. We’ll do our best to get it right the first time and we rely on your support and loyalty. With times getting worse the only things we have left to lose is our inspiration to continue to serve you fresh and delicious food to every guest that walks through our door and call our phones. Stick with us and help us become the restaurant you’ll want to call for special days and events. And trust that we will place our heart and soul in fulfilling your order. Thank you for your patronage and support. I look forward to serving you some day.
