Extremely rude customer service, I asked about Apple Pay and he responded “you don’t have four dollars on you?” With a disgusted look

Great pizza! Love the Classico and Sicilian pizza and the garlic nuts are delicious. I like to grab a few slices here and head down the street to What's the Scoop for some ice cream.

Fresh ingredients prepared by people who care. It's obvious that no corners are cut here. Outstanding pizza. Great service. The best I have found in the area.

Broken glass in my food and the owner was just icing on the cake. A few months back, I ordered food for my wife and kids. During dinner, I chomped on a piece of glass that was in the pizza. (Thank goodness it was me and not my children) I called to politely let the owner know to check his sauce because I bit on glass. I wasn't upset at all, but I wanted to make the owner aware. His response was unbelievable, His exact words were "Impossible, there's no way... thanks but no thanks" I told him it was possible because it's in the food! He proceeded to hang up on me. I'd like to give places the benefit, but this was unacceptable. I guarantee he kept using the same batch of ingredients to his customers the rest of the night regardless of the danger. Nice one Antonio's!! Without you I wouldn't have found La Rosa's that night.

WORST PLACE. Staff is the worst. Guy acts like he’s the king of world but is stuck on a corner in a nj suburb. They are so backward they don’t know how to handle online orders. Don’t recommend. GO TO LA ROSA INSTEAD. Now that’s the best pizza in

The man behind the counter is the worst butthead. I don't know what happened to him in his life to make him the way he is. Especially for him to act like this at a place that requires customer serviceI don't know if he owns the place or just works there. But he needs to know the food isn't that great for him to act like a douche. Like I understand that attitude if you are selling pizza at the ritz carlton? Not at a pizza joint in a random New Jersey subarb nonetheless. I recommend this place ONLY if you are looking for ways to ruin your day.

I'm honestly a little shocked at my experience here. I went onto their website (not some third party site) and ordered a lunch special wrap (comes with fries and soda) for myself. I got a text from Slice saying it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I show up at the 10 minute mark and the guy asks me why I came as he didn't mark the order as complete through Slice. I apologize because I didn't even know I could track my order and I was fine with waiting a little while longer. He hands me my wrap and I ask if I should just grab the soda from the fridge and he starts saying I don't get the lunch special because I ordered from Slice. I understand small business's grips about third party places like Slice but I literally directly ordered from their website - how was I supposed to know its powered by Slice? If they put on their website that they prefer phone calls I would have done that. I also think if he just talked to me nicely and said next time please call instead, that would have been fine but his tone was so rude and uncalled for. I didn't give him any attitude back. On top of that, I didn't get the fries or soda that comes with the special. I hope they fix how they do their online ordering. The wrap itself was fine.

Unprofessional Staff and False AdvertisingI had an extremely disappointing experience at this pizza place. Despite arriving at the specified time for my online order, the owner was rude. To make matters worse, the lunch special I had paid for online was denied, with the owner insisting it was only available for in-person or phone orders. This misinformation left me feeling cheated and undervalued as a customer. The owner's continued rudeness and aggression only added to the frustration. Overall, a regrettable encounter that left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking quality service, honest dealings, and good food.

My boyfriend ordered takeout through Grubhub. He ordered me spaghetti with garlic and oil and asked them not to put cheese, marked it as an allergy because I cannot digest dairy. Well, it arrived full of cheese. I ate two mouthfuls before I realized it and stopped. He called them to confirm, they indeed put cheese in my meal even though he said "NO CHEESE DAIRY ALLERGY" on the note. The manager was extremely rude and said complain to Grubhub. The note was there, they just never read it. If I hadn't stopped eating, I would have been sick for days. Even right now I feel incredibly nauseous.Very careless and very rude. They could kill someone. Glad Grubhub gave him the refund.Dietary restrictions: They don't take any care to prevent allergens from being in your food.
