Simple & tasty ! Everything was fresh! I had shrimp pho & my daughter had filet mignon pho. The beef dish we had was delicious also. The staff was friendly. Their tap water was a little thick/rough tasting , so order bottled if you prefer. Easy parking right out front.

I am a vegetarian and I love their veggie sandwiches. My husband and my children love their veggie sandwiches a lot too. It's so satisfying that you don't miss the meat at all. The price is very affordable and they serve very fast. Thank you for doing such as good job for vegetarian food.

My sister and I ate here today. She had Com Bo luc lac Sauté filet mignon & I had the filet mignon Pho, it was my first time trying Pho! I also had strawberry bubble tea with egg rolls. Everything was delicious and the service was superb!

Typically can’t eat pho because of the pork base, and at a lot of restaurants that have the vegetarian broth, don’t put too much effort in the flavor. That was not the case here! I had the most wonderful seafood pho here with vegetable broth. It was so delicious. So flavorful! Waiter recommended that I try their taro shake and I’m still thing about it! Want to go back for another. Was absolutely delicious! My partner doesn’t even like taro flavored things and still enjoyed the shake. My partner had a chicken Banh mi and said it was so good! Everything was great! So glad we came here

The clean and spacious ambiance, coupled with friendly and attentive staff, set the stage for a pleasant evening. Arriving on a Saturday night, we were warmly greeted at the door and promptly seated.We opted for the pho soup with shrimp, a mango tea without tapioca, and the egg noodle stir fried with seafood along with a side of broth soup. The dishes were not only delicious but also showcased the freshness of the ingredients used. What stood out was the flavorful nature of the food; no extra condiments were needed.Despite the clean and spacious ambiance, friendly staff, and overall enjoyable experience at Pho One restaurant, I would rate it four stars. My only qualm was the limited amount of shrimp in the pho Tom soup and the limited amount of noodle and seafood in the egg noodle stir-fry, leaving me wanting more in terms of noodle and seafood portions.
