Unfortunately, my experience at KEBAB FACTORY during their iftar buffet was deeply disappointing. After discovering shortage of food, undercooked food , cold food items and experiencing extremely slow service, I voiced my concerns, hoping for understanding or a solution. Instead, the response was shocking. The owner not only dismissed my feedback but also became rude, stating they "don’t need customers like me." The situation escalated when my plate was snatched away while I was still eating, which was both humiliating and completely unacceptable.Such behavior towards customers is inexcusable, and it’s disheartening to have an iftar evening marred by this experience. I hoped for a pleasant dining experience but was met with disrespect. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a welcoming or enjoyable iftar meal. Hospitality is about making guests feel valued and respected, something that is profoundly lacking at KABAB FACTORY! Just not iftar but I don’t recommend for Normal days visit also. It’s HORRIBLE!

We had a great time at the restaurant for Ramadan buffet. Food was delicious. The owner was actively involved and everything ran smooth. He even didn’t charge us for my 2 kids or my friend’s 2 kids.Buffet had many options as well as deserts.We will definitely be going again. Highly recommend. May Allah make him successful.

I will definitely come here again! Food was amazing and the best desert was their brownies! Service was amazing and workers were very nice and friendly. Food was amazing and came very fast. Will definitely come here again!Kid-friendliness: We had brought 3 kids with us and the workers were very friendly making the kids nights more fun. Also making everyone including adults have an amazing dinner. I definitely recommend coming here with kids as well. Everyone should come here!!!
We went there last week and it was amazing! The owner was a very pleasant guy and food was very tasty. We ordered papdi chat, biryani, and mix grill platter. I loved the biryani; it was very well made. My husband is very picky with her meat and can tell if the meat is fresh or not and he found the meat to be sahi fresh. It was a great experience.

Location is good right in the center of Metuchen with easy access. Food is OK. Ambience is reasonable (not great by standards of other restaurants in the price range). Overall Value to Price is poor.
First off, we order often from Kabab Factory. Mostly the fav is Malai Kofta. Today, after a gap ordered on phone. First off, the gentleman on the phone (I did not get the name), was the BEST ever person on the other end, kind, empathetic absolutely a genuine person. Food has always been great, but this customer service, just tops it up by multiples!!!Vegetarian options: Malai Kofta, Spicy Daal Thank.
The food quality is amazing and the owner was really cool. Order was taking a bit long so the owner brought out some hot Samosas while I waited. If I lived here I’d come here regularly. I was really impressed by the food and portion

This place is great! From the service to the food, this place is an overall great restaurant and I always look forward to coming here. I’ve been here multiple times and the most recent time I’ve come with my girlfriend, we had the pleasure of having the owner treat us to not just one free appetizer, but even a free dessert! This place deserves more attention and business ASAP
We have been visiting the kebab factory for a few years now however it seems either the management or the chef has changed I can see the taste different on each dish.The Goat curry was over cooked and rubbery. The naan Platter was soggy & was a little Overcooked, but the kababs were succulent, full of flavor.The food was below average. It’s sad to see an outstanding Indian restaurant loose its edge. Sadly, The Scope of visiting this place again very less.Parking: Back Side of Restaurants
