21$ for 3 avocado toasts. They also didn't have eggs so you would think they would drop the price but they kept the price the same.

I ordered gluten free bread as the option for my toast but when I received it, it was not the right bread. I went inside to ask them to fix it but the girls inside said they never had gluten free bread when I paid extra for it and it is on every menu from the one inside the store to the one on their website. I asked for a refund but they couldn’t even figure out how to refund me so they handed me $8 in cash when I was supposed to get $10 back. Very unprofessional and a waste of money for me. This isn’t the first time they have messed up my order either, it’s just the first time they made no effort to correct it.

Although the bowls are good this is the 3rd time I've been and they put any toppings they have wanted in my bowl instead of what's supposed to be in it. I ordered a frutta bowl and only got strawberries and bananas as the toppings. No kiwi, pineapples, etc. This always happen to me at this location. Super disappointed!

I generally enjoy going here, but yesterday I had an order under Mario and had a fly and piece of hair in my food. I'm weird and lazy so I still ate the food and didn't go back, but it's pretty disgusting considering this probably means they don't cover their food like in places I've worked.

I came to this location Sunday afternoon and two of the girls (one was blonde and short the other one had glasses and dark curly hair) were EXTREMELy rude. Were audibly talking about my appearance and rolled theyre eyes when I walked in to place my order. Almost like they were rushing a paying customer out. took forever to make my order and went on their phones instead.... These young ladies should NOT be working in this service

Delicious and fresh!I have to update my review. The only reason I am writing this is because it continues to happen over and over. I have seen on multiple occasions with different employees, use the same glove to take my money then make my food. I always say something as it is so so bad. Please please talk to your employees about this.

Wrong order through Uber. Bowl has Acai base instead of Kale Green. Also kiwi was missing.whole bowl wasted since i do not like acai at all.

This smoothie was bangin! I was craving one and then I drove by and saw Frutta bowls. Have I been there before? No. Was I gonna try it out? Yes. I got the whey up which has banana, strawberry, peanut butter and whey protein powder. The employee was very quick and efficient as well as kind. The smoothie was so flavorful. The only struggle I had was having a skinny straw and a couple of whole strawberries they didn't quite get blended. Otherwise it definitely satisfied my craving for a smoothie and I will definitely start coming here more.

Always go to this place and is delicious, I go so much that I am a 3 spoon status ! However I feel like I never receive any discounts or perks for being a 3 spoon status other than my free bowl after I get so many points, just like all the other statuses. All my discounts are for other locations that I will never go too. Also never seen an invitation only event or ambassador gear. I'm going to assume Covid. But like I said before amazing bowls, and fantastic staff!

Specifically told these people no granola. I made it clear that I'm allergic so what did they do? Put extra granola in my bowl. I called and complained amd the girl tried to lie and said that on the special instructions it says "go light on granola" which it did not. I called when I placed my order amd said noooooo granola and the lady goes "yes we know, its stated here" I then ate the bowl and the granola thinking it would be how I asked and had to happily inject myself with an EpiPen. Now I am filing a lawsuit for the nasty attitude and the disgusting customer service. Never will I go here again . I will happily go to playa bowls as they know how to abid special instructions. This is definitely a way to treat a first responder in this time as well. I hope they enjoy what's coming their way
