Ordered an egg and pork roll on a roll, side of hash browns. Roll was soggy, egg and pork roll tasteless and hash browns were not fully cooked. For almost $10.

Since it’s 40° out I had to go elsewhere for my iced coffee because based on your disgruntled employee it’s too cold out to make any. It would have been one thing if he nicely said that you guys were all out, but instead he decided that since it’s cold out he didn’t want to make any; yet you have multiple signs that say “iced coffee all day everyday”.

One of the best bagels in town. I prefer freshly baked bagels with a slight crispy texture outside and soft, chewy and doughy inside similar to a french bread banh mi sandwich. Tommy's Bagel has the same texture, another great bagel placeA coworker brought some in for breakfast and I was blown away by the texture and complexity of the bagel. I tried their oat bran style and it was divine. I could have easily devoured 2 more...it's that good.Bagels are like pizzas, everyone has their favorite styles, so this review is purely subjective. I prefer texture which gives it complexity vs overall softness that is replicated at numerous other places: Manhattan Bagel, Panera Bread, Hot Bagels Brooklyn's Finest and Bagel Masters.

Got there at 10:00, had to be somewhere by 10:30. Didn't get my bagel until 10:35. Terribly slow service and kid didn't even know how to use the register.

ordered online and lady yelled out who has an online order and I let the two people in front of me go while I waited patiently with my baby for her to tell me I have to wait and everyone else was before me. So they can continue to make my 40$ order and waste their time because I'm not picking it up. & they're bagels suck anyway Brooklyn's finest is WAY better

Good food, terrible service. Ordered 30 minutes in advanced for pick up and I show up to a line out the door. No problem, good thing I ordered for pick up. Walk up to the front of the line and stood to the side, I was ignored until I intervened. Finally got the attention I needed to pick up my order, bagel wasn’t even made. Asked what the process was for pick-up orders so I know in the future, because their bagels are pretty good. Was told “I don’t know, I just work here”. Just moved here, looking for my go to bagel place, this isn’t it.

Best Bagels In The entire tri state area bar none. Perfect size and glaze and perfection with flavor. The Entire Staff is beyond family oriented & friendly that this has become a must every week for the last 5 years!

Unfriendly service and a mediocre PEC for $8.

Friendly staff, the bacon, egg and cheese on a hard roll was good. I am not a huge fan of their bagels.

Best Bagels around!!! Service excellent and friendly too. Moved out of state and whenever we visit we grab a dozen or 2 to take back with us! Especially the Rye!
