Walked into this one at 5pm on a Sunday, hours on door says 9pm. One of them is mopping the entire floor making it dangerous to walk. Then nicely get ignored before ordering. Felt like they were closing in 20 mins and wanted us out. When we sat down with our toddler to eat one of them asked "your going to eat here?" What am I supposed to say? Please? It was super uncomfortable, so many better spots don't go here especially 4 hours before closing ?

I had called the place this past Sunday and asked when they stop accepting orders for the day and the employee said 8:30pm. I then ordered a sandwich on the app at 8:15pm, but there was no option for an 8:30pm pickup despite the information I was given over the phone, so I scheduled the pickup for the following day at 8:30pm. When I showed up here at 8:30, the place was already locked up for the night, even though the scheduled closing time was 9pm. I called the following day to cancel my order to get a refund and the same employee assured that he was cancelling it and confirmed that it cancelled. Two days later, the charge was not refunded despite the fact that I didn't even pick up my order. Also, the employees need to know how to speak to customers on the phone in a respectful tone. Ridiculous.

Jersey Mike's is always a favorite take out option in my home. I love the app and use it regularly to pre-order and pay for dinner so hubby can pick it up on the way home from work. They also have a points program that allows you to earn free sandwiches.

I started at Atlantic Highlands and met with rudeness and arrogance. But then I tried Middletown and was fortunate to get Justin on the phone….great attitude, solutions oriented and took great care of our catering order. Thanks again Justin!!Jersey Mikes- take care of Justin, he’s an employee who cares about his customers.
I’m picking up a delivery and I watched the young woman ring people up, touch money and then proceed to touch customers subs with the same gloves. Very very unsanitary.

Place went pretty far down after they hired jake, went in for a cheesesteak and what i recieved was bread and a sliver of meat. absolutely unjust for the price they charge.
