My broccoli soup was barely warm. Both sandwiches seemed thrown together and messy. Chipotle chicken sandwich was very undercooked.

Sent my better 1/2 into get me a 1/2 soup 1/2 salad Broccoli soup & Greek Salad. That was difficult enough. Than he wanted chicken soup. He loves the bread. It was about 8:33. No bread in the building. But there was bread. He asked for a sub roll substitute, as she told him they had sub rolls, she responded with we can't substitute them out as we have orders to make. Well at 8:40 at night your closing in technically 20 mins, but the protocol at the store is to discard all the unused baked goods end of day. So really that's not real your just throwing them out. So moving on we requested whatever they had that was close to "bread" as a substitute. They tried up charging him for beef that is suppose to come free with both our orders. Than he gets into the car and hands me bag with a 26.00 receipt. They charged us for 2 Broccoli Soups. When it was clear I wanted a 1/2 1/2 soup salad order. Thannnn my repulsive salad. Transparent lettuce soggy red onion NO FETA. What is a greek salad with the feta? Terrible was of my time his time and money.

As long as my whole life they are always happy over there the staff are actually nice they actually cook fresh food and it's better when it's fresh you should go over here and don't listen what the other people I think there Very nice people think there rude and dirty over there but it's not true at the end of the store they clean everything and they clean dishes

$7-$10 sandwiches with nothing in them!!!I don’t know how they’re still in business. The steak & cheddar sandwich couldn’t have had altogether even just 2 ounces of meat AND cheese (I wish I’d brought a scale!). The new Toasted mozzarella and pepperoni just looked like an empty baguette when I got it; no visible filling at all, not like the promo photo, shown bursting with food sticking out of it. And the Frontera chicken sandwich was sooo tiny it was ridiculous. The sandwiches are 90% bread; empty carbs, no nutritional value, you’ll leave hungry and broke. And they put the cheese in the (mediocre recipe) of onion soup before the cold, un-toasted bread cubes so it all sank to the bottom (not that there was much of it). And the cookies were $3.80 - $6 a piece!!!! What a rip-off!!!! Empty bread shouldn’t be that expensive. Never going back!

As happens quite a bit, the order I made on the app did not go through and the app showed me only when I arrived that there was a problem. The lovely lady behind the counter helped me figure it out and I got my order asap.

Tried the drive up at Hazlet NJ location. While convenient, its really no faster than going inside to order. The drive up shoube just for Pickups of phone ahead orders. Soups are good, especially the Creamy Tomato and Chicken Noodle soups.
