Possibly the best Italian food I’ve had. Delicious food. Great menu. Soup or salad comes with every meal. And cheap prices. Definitely would recommend.

Food was amazing. We had the little neck clams appetizer, vodka penne w/chicken and the chicken parmesan. Large portion sizes at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Close to the Middletown train station. BYOB. Highly recommend.

Wonderful dinner. Husb. Had gnochi. I had braised short ribs with Rissoto delish.And the dessert Tartufo finished off the meal beautifully. Service lovely.

We had a luncheon at this hidden gem. I like it so much that I ordered two entrees to take home. I recommend the veal marsala, chicken parmigiana, stuffed shells, and meat lasagna. Soup and salad were included. The pasta faglioli soup was one of the best that I've ever had. The service was very good and it is BYOB.

We had our rehearsal dinner here last month, on their outside patio area. Everything was PERFECT, from the delicious food, kind service and reasonable price. Our guests had a memorable time and we couldn't thank Toscanella enough for delivering big time. Would recommend to anyone.

The food and service at Toscanella is wonderful. The weekly specials are amazing, and are accompanied by bread, soup or salad. They make a wonderful pizza as well. They are located in Middletown Village on Kings Highway, near the train station. Ample parking. They are a BYOB.

Been living down the street for 25 years. Always drove by but never tried. Finally tried and it was awesome. Missed this little hidden gem for years but now that I know will be coming back for sure. Short rib was excellent and the veal dish was like butter. Friendly staff as well. Do not miss this opportunity to have some really fine food in a quaint setting. BYOB as well. Enjoy

Great pizzas and a great chef. My only issue is that this is a second time in last 30 days when we were handed a burnt pizza. See the pictures attached. It takes 15 seconds to check the pizza before putting it in a box. Please make this check a must for every order.
