I went to pick up an order and the man who helped me was very rude, he seemed to be angry, he didn't even say thank you, he gave me terrible service.

We don't eat fast food much and today was the perfect reminder why. The onion rings were cold yet burnt, the fries were cold and stale, both had a disgusting after taste of old oil. The whopper burger was cold, mushy, bun fell apart while eating, tomatoes were so old they were wrinkled and soggy. Really just disgusting. Don't waste your money.

Reason for this review isn't for the food it's for the sad sad sad sad comments about the customer service. This BK was my first job WAY BACK in 1974. We had an all star crew , orders were done quick and lines out the doors on Friday and Saturdays dinner time. We all took pride in the job and although because we're human we had bad days and got in trouble too for maybe being late or getting upset we are on broiler again and not push out. (bk terms). But that time and generation was why food was good and people came back. As a crew we cared. fast forward to 2023 and it's an embarrassment. I see the attitude 90% of the time I go to any fast food restaurant. It's not this one which is the problem , it's 90% this generation's upbringing. I give 5 stars for 1974 BK. 1 star for today.

Only used Drive-thru but felt like I was been rushed to give the order and get it over with.Was constantly being asked if there was anything else, not given time to check the menu board to see if there was anything else. Worst Burger King I ever went to, will not go there again.

Re: Burger King Store #517 (55 Godwin Ave.; Midland Park, NJ 07432; Tel. 201-652-9841 and Tel. 201-445-0055).On August 19, 2023, between 06:40pm and 06:44pm, I visited the Burger King (Store #517), in Midland Park, New JerseyI originally had 941 Rewards Points and wanted to use one of my Rewards for a "Free Whopper", which was 750 Points. The cashier accepted it and punched in the coupon code. She then asked me if I wanted to use an additional coupon code to order something else. I agreed and tried to use a coupon code for "$1.49 French Fries." However, the second coupon code immediately deleted the first coupon code for the Free Whopper.When the cashier asked the Store Manager what went wrong, the Store Manager started screaming at her and stated that she should know that only one coupon can be used per day. The Manager then told me in a very loud voice that I had just lost the Free Whopper. She was very arrogant, denigrating and humiliated me - especially in front of all the other customers, who were shocked to hear her speak in that way. I then asked her to "Please lower your voice", but she told me I could leave it I wanted to.I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. She just responded that she is the Store Manager and that her decisions are final. So, due to the store's negligence, I have lost my free coupon for a Free Whopper, and if I didn't like it, I could leave the store.Finally, totally humiliated, I finished ordering two Whopper Jrs., and (separately), also purchasing the French Fries for $1.49. However, I now have only 205 Reward Points and didn't even receive the Free Whopper.Before leaving, I informed the Store Manager that I was going to write Yelp and report her. She then laughed and said, "Go right ahead". She was very rude, denigrating, insulting and gives the BK Corporation a very bad image. She would not give me her name, but one of the employees there told me that she is Spanish and from Peru.I have been a loyal and faithful customer of BK for over 30 years... but I think it's time to go somewhere else.Once again, this Store Manager should not be working for Burger King. She gives BK a very bad image, and a very bad impression, to those present, as well as all current and future customers.
