Weird experience today Manager around 2:00 p.m. today asked everyone to leave inside because he didn't have enough staff but yet there were three or four employees in there, one employee very apologetic and confused herself.Manager at that time said if we wanted to have coffee we have to go through the drive-thru. Really awkward experience seems like a pretty difficult manager. Never experienced such a difficult manager at a Starbucks.

I was very disappointed that no bakery items were available at 1 PM! I saw a few there and they said they couldn’t sell it to me, so I’m assuming it wasn’t fresh. Also, they weren’t too attentive because I said I wanted extra cream in my coffee but when they gave it to me it was black with no cream at all. There were no other customers at all so it’s not like they were busy and also it took me a while to get serviced.

Came through the drive through today and the crew here is so sweet! All of the younger employees are extremely chatty with customers and kind. The two baristas who helped me today were Emma and Kayla, they were sweethearts!

I come to this Starbucks everyday , it’s always a busy drive thru so I expect to wait a bit , during the week most of the girls are young at the window , very friendly and usually chatty which I think is sweet. Today however there was another slightly older woman who seemed to be in a rush so had to break out order into two that was fine however I got to the window and she was very confused . Kept asking which drink was mine . Finally gave me my drink and I said I’m sorry that’s not skim milk she walked away and I could see asked the girl and told me it was. At this point I was not up for a debate so I said it 100% is not . She walked away and had it remade. Now a younger Asian girl came back with it and started to walk away so I said excuse me we still need the other drink so she grabbed it and I said and the banana bread and cake pop. She informed me I wasn’t charged for the food so I said that’s weird I was given a total for the separate order but ok . She rang it up and through it at us and said “ have a GREAT day” so there are so many customer service red flags here but what stands out is the AUDACITY the ladies have !! I was nice the entire time and incase they forgot I AM THE ONE PAYING!! Everyone makes a mistake and all it takes is an “ I’m so sorry let me get what you payed for “ this place needs training in customer service !!!!Rude!

This place holds a special place in my heart. I come here atleast once a day. The service is incredible and the drinks are made to perfection. I do recommend coming at night more than the morning due to the long drive thru line which causes stress to the worker and a lower quality drink that is still good through.

Always love coming here it is very good and good seating options and nice clean bathrooms. The workers a super nice and friendly I know they are busy sometimes so it might take a few extra minutes. But it is great!!!?

I came to the location nobody was online so I’m just standing there, they had an over abundance of help but everyone just kept walking by behind the counter looking at me with zero acknowledgement. Finally I said to a man is anyone going to help me? His response “sorry my back was to you “ ok well maybe it shouldn’t have been or maybe the employee you were chatting with who kept looking at me could have done something or said something ?
