This is my second time dining at Canal House and it was as lovely as the first time. The food was delicious and elegant. The service was efficient and friendly. We came here to celebrate a big birthday with friends. The chefs were warm and very kind. We peeked into the kitchen to thank them. Can't wait to go back! You don't need to wait for a special occasion to go. But when you're there it will feel like you're on a vacation.

I just had the absolute pleasure of dining at Canal House Station. The ambience was lovely, service impeccable (thank you Vanessa), and the food was outstanding (thank you Chefs). Looking forward to dining there again very soon!!!

Truly one of the best meals we've had in a long time. The setting is delightfully rustic elegant; the food passionate and really showing the chef's convictions. The menu is set, and I believe you're basically limited to Sunday dinner, and yes, Milford NJ can be a drive, but it's so worth it. I only hesitate to write this lest it make it harder for me to get a table next time!

The Canal House never dissappoints. Every detail is wll thought out. From the moment you are greeted at the door as you walk through the resturaunt and see the fresh flowers and table settings. I did not check the pre fixed menu when I made the reservations, I knew I would not have to because everything that touches the plate is made with condersidate intentions to show their passion and love on a plate! It was my friend's first time there and still keeps talking about it. If you want to have an experience and amazing food go to The Canal House in Milford, NJ!

I've been to Canal House several times, but this was our first time for Spaghetti Supper and it did not disappoint. Bolognese sauce was rich and flavorful, Caesar salad was crisp and perfectly dressed and the Tiramisu ice cream was the perfect ending to a wonderful dinner!

Had breakfast and dinner in Canal House. Breakfast was great, the omelet is outstanding. Dinner was equally good. The only thing is the service - not so friendly.

what a lovely evening, a pop-up pasta dinner with local people! We live down river a ways, though close enough!! The bolognese sauce was super delicious and the salad and garlic bread just killer...every non-eaten bite came home with us. The space is charming with simple decor, great artwork and a great location. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with the folks on either side of us at this community style dinner. We always have a lovely time at Canal House Station...thank you Melissa and Christopher!!

What a great experience. We drove from south Jersey with high expectations and they were all met. Food was all seasoned and cooked perfectly. Left feeling perfectly full. It's bit of a drive for us but will still definitely be back!

We booked a pretty sweet place to celebrate Valentine's Day with our daughter and husband! Dinner was delicious, beautifully presented and graciously served. Loveliest night again at the Canal House Station - so grateful!

All around outstanding dining experience. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. The space is gorgeous. We love that it's BYOB. We paired the meal with three different wines. We were able to chat with one of the chefs and they both autographed their cookbook that we had brought along as a present for one of our party. We can't wait to go back again! A gem!

The meal was absolutely top notch from start to finish. The food is Inventive, beautifully plated, and delicious. Canal House rivals any high end restaurant in New York City. The service is equally excellent. And the ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant- beautiful room and a relaxed and upscale atmosphere without being stuffy. We had the 5 course meal for $99. That price point might seem expensive, but when you see the quality of the food you're getting, it's a bargain. Each dish was better than the next.

Every now and again, my husband and I share a meal that we will never forget. We will talk about it fondly for years to come. Last Sunday, we had one of those meals. It was an honor to share food at Canal House.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had. With this level of simplicity, there is nowhere to hide. No bombastic sauces or frilly presentations to cover up shortcomings. Just amazing flavors, balanced, delicious. Would eat here again and again!
