We came in and the kitchen had just closed. The server ran back and they reopened just for the 4 of us. Also, Crystal and Olivia recommended appetizers and they were delicious. They were very personable and a pleasure to talk to. This spot was a great find for our last minute stop at 9:30pm. Great place to go - we will be back again .

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Menu has a nice mix of pub food and Italian classics, everyone liked their dinner. Red sauce was very good, save room for dessert. Spread out and comfortable seating anchored by a really nice bar. Will definitely return soon.

First time going to the Joey's Tap and Tavern for Happy Hour (weekdays 4-7pm) and it was really nice! We sat at the bar and indulged in some chicken parm sliders, meatball sliders, and popcorn shrimp in sweet chili sauce. Everything was delicious! We sat at the bar and chatted with Chris about beers and recommendations (he was very knowledgeable) and stayed until the end. We will definitely come back! Atmosphere, hospitality, and food were 10/10!

I've now been here quite a few times and find this to be the undiscovered gem of Millburn. A lovely decor with a welcoming dining room and bar. Full bar with all the top shelf liquor you'd expect. Awesome cocktail specialities and a good happy hour. Food is quite good. I am fond of the chicken meatball appetizer and the chicken parm with linguini with vodka sauce. The pizza is awesome. I love to sit at the bar, drink a Peroni and eat a delicious bar pie. Generous portions. Good prices. Great service. Go there before it gets discovered because it will.
My wife and I love this place so much more than the Standard--less crowded, but with just as good food and drinks! The Happy Hour is also great, plus some food comes from Clemenza's next door, including the pizza!Best place to get a drink and food in downtown Millburn!The chicken parm sliders are fantastic! Get them every time!

Had a family dinner party. The private room was perfect, the food was delicious. The only complaint a relative had was portion was too small. Will definitely come back for next family event! Carolyn was such a pleasure to deal with.

First time at Joey's and definitely adding to our Millburn dining rotation! Delicious food, nice to be able to get a cocktail or glass of wine, real neighborhood feeling - and being able to see the TVs at the bar from our table made it possible to have a nice dinner out and see the game. Excellent service from Jose, who didn't hesitate about honoring several special requests and the kitchen delivered perfectly on everything requested ~ and generous portions too. Very solid.
