Having planned to eat at a more casual restaurant one stormy night, my husband and I were dressed pretty casually. Me in snow boots, him in a baseball cap. We walked in through the back and were greeted as though we were dressed to impress. The large open space was very elegant, the music was lovely, and the seating was comfortable.The service was excellent, the bread was warm, the food was delicious. The shrimp cocktail was perfect, the best I've ever had. The butternut squash soup was great, the baby arugula salad was great, the broccoli rabe gnocchi was good, the spinach fettucine was great. The tartufo and fig tarte were good.On the way out, the maitre d' introduced us to his daughter who was also a host. I asked if he was the owner and he said, "I work for my wife. She's the chef, she's the boss." Loved it!

Wonderful for date night, couples or family. White linen table cloths, candlelight and a great staff along with tremendous food options with the owners/family there as chef, host and hostess overseeing all. BYOB as well

Food was good,large portionsAt first, the service was great.The place filled up due to their anniversary event. At that time, you could not get timely service.Other things that happened were a little annoying.The owner was wonderful and very welcoming.

I was happy to see that the dining room was full on a Saturday evening. Good for the restaurant. It was noisy but I could have an easy conversation with my guest. Service was reasonably attentive but we were provided dessert menus after appetizers and before our entrees were served. Perhaps that error was due to the fact that staff waits on multiple tables. We were on table 25. I/we have dined previously at La Pergola. The interior is a beautiful color, particularly in daylight. I would/will dine there again.

Great service, pretty atmosphere and delicious food. Had a table by the window for a Saturday lunch and everything we ordered was delicious! We recommend the figs, tuna and squash soup. The almond cake and cappuccino topped off a fantastic 3 course meal
Five of us surprised my aunt with dinner. First time here. Everyone loved it. Still getting people making comments on how good the food and service was days later. Highly recommend.
