I decided to order my usual, Nutella bowl from here, but this time, I was really disappointed. The portion of açaí they gave me was way smaller than usual, and there were barely any strawberries on top. Plus, the bowl looked like it had been put together in a rush but the only person there was me. It just didn't feel like the quality I'm used to. I won't be coming back and I don’t recommend this location.

In all my yrs of going to many playa bowls I have never been served such garbage to where it had to be thrown away! This wasn’t smooth at all it was chunky with ice chips in it! Won’t be returning

We ordered three bowls, one of them we paid extra for the kiwi and the mango, we ordered this through Uber eats. When we received the order the mango and the kiwi was missing, we called the place and “ Ally “ was really rude to my coworker she just said it was Uber eats’ fault. But the thing is that I called the driver and he said the package was sealed he didn’t take nothing out from the bag. So, “ally” just hanged up the call she was really mean she doesn’t know what costumer service is….People that work in a busy place should have patience and be kind to the costumers.

Bad customer service, I received my order without the extras fruits I paid for. I called and the person who I was talking to blame Uber delivery person for the missing fruits, when I told her that the delivery person didn’t prepare my order she hanged up on me.

Everytime I come to this location and I order a Nutella bowl I end up with a granola bowl. For $13 I think I deserve more açaí and more fruit. This will be my last time coming to this location which is horrible because it’s the healthiest, quickest and easiest dinner option for me after my workout class down the street!…So disappointing

I walked in the door and ordered nine bowls. The girl at the front desk said “no problem!” 10 minutes later, my bowls were ready, and I walked out the door. Fast and friendly service with a smile. I love the experience here.
