If I could give negative stars, I would! I placed a mobile order for 4 rice bowls with chicken in three of the bowls, and pork in the fourth bowl. When I got home and each person opened their bowls, they all asked if they were salad bowls because all the bowls felt so light. Upon further investigation, there was barely any chicken in the bowls...6 pieces each to be exact, and absolutely no pork in the "pork bowl." It's unfortunate that I couldn't go back to complain about my order because I don't live nearby. These bowls were poorly prepared and if this were my first time trying out Qdoba as a restaurant, I would've decided to try Chipotle going forward.

It was ok. I came 45 min before they closed and my impression was the staff would have been happier if I wasn’t there so that they could clean up and go home. They were less thrilled that i wanted to eat in.I had a steak quesadilla, which was nice and hot. For some reason I couldn’t add anything to it like I’m used to when i go to qdoba. Anything i wanted had to be on the side; so i ended up with four things on the side (?).There weren’t any forks available, which was also weird; so i ate with a knife. Idk. Seems like a far cry for a vendor in short hills.Hope they had a restful evening.

I had the burrito bowl. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The line moved quickly, they had decent sized portions, and the prices were reasonable. $13 for a bowl with rice, beans, fresh salsa, cheese, grilled veggies, corn, salsa verde, and guacamole.

It's a Qdoba. It sits pretty comfortably between Taco Bell and Chipotle in the pantheon of taco joints. The brisket was pretty good, the hot salsa isn't bad either. The Pico's below average, but not bad. About on par with Moe's.As far as Qdoba locations go, this one is a bit nicer than most, but honestly, if you care about that, why are you eating at a chain taco joint?

For the giant wait I expected more.I think they give you too many choices. I just wanted a nice burrito.. I am not picky about what goes in it. I ordered a steak burrito and ended up with a quesadilla.

Ordered a bowl here the guy puts THREE (3) scoops of rice. They skimp you on whatever protein you pick. Pretty much half a scoop and your order is 80% rice.

Food is good. Service is horrible. Workers there don’t speak English and are not capable to understand guests order. They will need true workers rather than some random people without training at all. It lowered the service quality level of entire short hills mall!

This place is rude and dare I might say the manager on duty today at approximately 5:40pm crossed the line. My daughter walked in to get a snack because we had been in the mall a while. She needed to use the restroom and the manager (I'm assuming this because she was in different shirt than the others) came from behind the counter, put her arm out and blocked my daughter from using the restroom. Telling her the restroom is for customers only not knowing if she is a customer or not. This is so troublesome because we were just in the mall on Sunday and a friend used the restroom without making a purchase. However she was of a different hue. This disturbed me so much and infuriates me to no end. NO one come from behind the counter to stop our friend or ask if she was making a purchase. Some discriminatory behaviors need to stop!
Fast, friendly and fresh! I come here for lunch pretty often before I shop and I've never had an issue. I love the food, the service is very thorough and the restaurant itself is clean. I'm a repeat customer and I love that!

I really like Qdoba, I prefer this over Chipotle! The food is fresh and has enough seasoning and flavor. The place is always clean at this specific location. I have been to other locations and the food quality wasn't as good!

Server was rude when I asked for more pepper's on my veggie taco bowl.She told me there would be a charge for more. I said u barely gave me 3 onions. But whatever, give me more. She then took an overwhelming scoop and slipped in onto my salad.She didn't lmk there were 3 cheeses to chose from nor did she offer me the free guac.My food was good. But her service was terrible and won't return to that location in Short Hills

I am a regular at the qdoba chain and honestly this location has turned me off. The employees were rude, and absolutely refused to make my quesadilla the way I wanted. I order the same thing every time I go to a qdoba, a quesadilla with salsa and queso sauce inside, but for some reason they don’t do it at this location and refused to make it. On top of that, I witnessed some disgusting activity by the employees including the register person touching money and food without changing their gloves or washing their hands. At that point I was so turned off from the experience I had no choice but to walk out. Never again will I go here.
