I ordered takeout for lunch and to my dismay, I received a burned burger in a beautiful charred bun. Feast your eyes on the pictures. In the trash it went. Needless to say, I will never order from them again.

Food was good but service was slow, had to keep asking for a drink and took longer than the other tables to get me and my grandma's food. I can get faster service at the Applebee's at Jersey Garden or Woodbridge Mall.

I can't even begin to explain how accommodating and amazing the service was as well as the food. My server (Molly) was such a gem. As soon as I walked in I saw how packed the place was and she seemed like she had a lot of tables to cover, but that didn't stop her from taking her time to make sure I felt welcome and did not make me feel like a burden. Her service was quick and efficient and even took time to accommodate all my allergies! (Trust me I have a lot). My child wanted mozzarella sticks so bad but is such a picky eater and wanted all her mozzarella sticks to be cut into 3's and refused to let me do it. Molly stopped what she was doing and came to check if everything was alright and took the food back to the kitchen and came out w mozzarella sticks cut perfectly as my child wanted. What a gem. I truly enjoyed everything Molly did for me and how much she did to accommodate me and my child. If you haven't been to this Applebees, make sure you go and pray you get a server truly as wonderful as Molly is.
