their garlic parm wings are terrible. hot, spicy even. the bartender was very kind. lunch hour had just started, and i made my order to go. I waited at the bar, and at this time of the day, the rowdy crowd that I hate wasn't there yet. so it was perfect timing for me to grap lunch. my mistake was I went to the wrong place. I confused Chili's with Applebee's. I prefer Applebee's because I don't like chili's at all. that's not their fault. I was just too tired after leaving the cancer center at the hospital.I got the samplerParking: amble free parking and plenty of handicap parking available that time of dayWheelchair accessibility: they do have wheelchair parking up front and to the door is flat. the door entrance is very wide for people who use wheelchairs to get through. even wide enough so wheelchair users can get to their tables

when I arrived everyone was standing around... And the place had about 6 tables filled. After waiting I asked if we should seat ourselves. I was told we're trying the best we can and sit on left side(bar) which was super loud with all sports games. I love the street corn which is why I wanted to come. Unfortunately it tasted like blah corn on cob along with both meals. Waitress came to take order and then bring check. She was friendly though. Then wasn't told my 3 for 3 meal didn't include marg which was strawberry. So I paid $24 for meal which was supposed to be $17. So technically I got 2 for 3. I should've been informed when I order. Restaurants need to do better especially with the economics going on right now.

Always a fan of Chilli's, it's always good to check out how the other states do Chilli's. It seems out of NYC Chilli's care a bit more about their Chilli's. This Chilli's was excellent, the service was specifically worth noting. The staff was fast, the refills were plentiful and the patience was high. We usually are ready to order but today we were a bit off and had to wave the waiter off around 3-4 times while we got our act together. The food was spot on as usual, with the chicken enchilada soup being soo... Good! One more thing on the service, I loathe when the soup, apps, entrees all come out together, this didn't happen, they were on point. Capacity was around 25%-30% I think (lunch time).Kid-friendliness: Crayons and activity sheet

I've been to a few chili's and this one I would definitely rate on the higher side for their food service and atmosphere. Great managers that will always put the customer first. The service besides one small hiccup that I had there for the most part has been great. Personal shout out to Melissa the server. She has been the highlight of our dining experience. Extremely friendly. Kind and is always ontop of everything!
