Took 40 minutes for a pizza to come out it does not take that long for a pizza to be ready

I've ordered from this location about a half dozen times within the last five months and each time was a decent experience. Any of the staff I've seen have been friendly and I only had one part of a single order messed up. The pizzas are small compared to the size of local non-chain places, but the taste is good and the variety of toppings is more than adequate. It doesn't beat a couple of my favorite local places, but it's good and I can get decent deals with the app.

They are cross contaminating food. Making pizzas with no gloves. The workers are touching everything and making pizza. Very unprofessional unsanitary in Millville location. They make your Free pizzas extra small. They cut slices every small. It is no point to get a free pizza if it’s smaller than the medium you paid for. Manager is very rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from this location. Figures it’s Millville

The pan pizza I got is delicious 10/10! My driver was so nice and very prompt. My only complaint is that my stuffed bread had only 2 pieces of spinach and was a little burnt. Otherwise a good experience!

I usually love Dominos but this experience was awful. I ordered 2 pizzas, chicken wings and the cheddar bacon tots. The first pizza did not have the correct toppings, the pepperoni tasted spoiled like it had sat out unrefrigerated and the bottom of the pizza was burnt. The tots were really burnt and dry and the wings had the opposite problem as they were undercooked and bright pink inside. I attempted to call the store to complain but the automated system would pick up and play the advertisements until the system would finally hang up because nobody was answering. I did this for 30 minutes until I finally was able to get someone. He got the manager for me whose response was they were too busy to answer the phone so they haven’t been doing that for the last 2 hours. He did not apologize for the experience or have any customer service skills what so ever. His justification was just that they were too busy to pay attention to the quality of the items they were making. At this point I just wanted my money back. He had already told me they were too busy to prepare food correctly or to Even answer the phone, so I did not want anything else to eat from this establishment. I am just hoping the spoiled piece of pepperoni doesn’t give me food poisoning. Sorry but their staffing issues are not an excuse for poor quality and a lack of customer service. They also need to reconsider the customer service skills of their managers. Only positive of the whole experience was the delivery guy was friendly.Edit: In order to refund my money they sent a driver to pick up the disaster they delivered to me that they called food. I happily gave it back to them because we weren’t going to eat it. The poor driver looked so uncomfortable I felt bad for him. I can’t believe they put their drivers in that position. My kids are now happily eating McDonalds.

This Dominos Pizza by far is better than the Vineland store. They always get my order perfect every time! I steered away from Dominos because of my bad experiences at the Vineland store. But this Millville store has me back.

I ordered pizza and chicken Alfredo bowl and there was flys everywhere on the food. No fly taps or nothing .. looked like a scene from a scary movie.

Today is June 10 and it is supposed to be 50% off. I ordered a medium pizza I ordered extra cheese with mushrooms sausage and chicken and the Alfredo sauce. Well I just paid $16 for something that I didn't get and I'm very upset I did it online, I only got the Alfredo sauce with the extra cheese and the chicken. There was no mushrooms nor sausage and when I called the Millville store the woman said the app must've messed it up because that wasn't on the app. Why in the world would I pay $16 and out of the $16 4.99 was the tip that they added so I'm very disappointed. I am very disappointed and they're not even trying to accommodate me for all this money that I just put out for order that I did not get delivered, I would never use the app again it's a waste of time what you think you're getting you're not getting fat you're still paying all that money they need to give me what I asked for again or refund me my money that is the right thing to do because I am an unhappy customer and I never had a problem with Domino's Pizza and Millville before I will never use this app again I need to be reimbursed the money back or order me another pizza the way that I asked for it
