Every time I go to this or the Vineland locations, they are not prepared with chicken ready to serve. The manager with the headphones ? is extremely rude. I don't have photos to share since I did not buy from there today.....as I have in the past after waiting for legs to be cooked.

I would just let you guys know the service was horrible. I was there at 915 trying to order chicken popeye. And they told me no because they're closing in 45 minutes. Try to order wings now cause we're closing in 45 minutes. I ask for chicken chocolate. No, they're closing in 45 minutes. The only thing the lady would snow me was. Famous bowls. I did buy 4 of them because we wanted KFC. But I do not think I will be going back to this Millville. New Jersey KFC ever again 45 minutes. And they can't make anythat's very bad customer service and it's very bad for the employees to tell them they can't have anything besides what they have. How long have these mashed potato bowls been sitting there then. If I can't order chicken strips. How come they can put chicken on my mashed potato bowl? And I go to you guys at least twice a week for my family. Spending about forty five the sixty dollars every time

This place was the wurst, came here and what I wanted they didn't have! It was pouring down raining and by the time I got finished waiting to place my order, I was soaked and to find out that they didn't have it was just terrible!

Ordered a 3 piece white meat orginal recipe chicken dinner with a large diet soda and two sides. The tab came to $14.92 with tax, which was as advertised. HOWEVER, only got 2 pieces of chicken (a breast and a wing), which should have been $2.14 less when the sales tax was factored in. By the time I found out I had been shorted, I was already back at work and unable to return to KFC to dispute this issue. This is the SECOND time I have had this happen at this location in the last 3 to 4 months. (This was only the 3rd time I went to this store in the last 3 months) The food was adequately prepared and served. They just keep ripping off their customers by shorting them food that has been ordered and paid for. If you order from this store, check your order VERY, VERY carefully before you drive away. Otherwise, you run the risk (with a very high probability) of getting ripped off also.

This location CANNOT make chicken. I give up. I used to love coming here. If you order extra crispy, they NEVER give it to you, only original. The chicken tenders don't have ANY of the crispy batter, its like they are made by a child. Pathetic.
