This place is a joke. The staff is rude and the place is an old decrepit excuse for an Irish bar. The drinks are watered down. I ordered a Woodford Res. "on the rocks"... got a watered down backwash in a dirty glass. Food is passable at best. Kitchen area looks chaotic and mismanagement is the rule of the day. Millville needs to come up with some alternatives close to that wonderful theater.

My friends and I came here today and we just fell in love, I couldn’t tell if it was the environment we loved so much or the amazing service. We aren’t locals but now wish we were because of the customer care and service.Sandy severed us and she was truly wonderful. She let us sample things, made literally the best Bloody Mary we’ve ever had and since we aren’t local she wrote down her recipe for us ? I would 10/10 recommend this bar to anyone. We didn’t get any food but some fries and even they were fire.

Sandy was the absolute best! My family and friends stopped in for a few drinks before a Christmas party and she made me one of the best bloody Mary’s I’ve ever had. Such a cute place and amazing service! Highly recommend! Thank you so much Sandy, for such a great experience!

Great place to have lunch and catch up. The seats are hard wood though, so not great for longer stays.

Terrible hospitality. If you LEGALLY use cannabis, this is NOT the place for you.

Went here today for a lunch date. The food, service, and atmosphere were very good. However, my check was VERY disappointing.Lunch for two of us was $72.00. We each had two beers and two entrees. Expensive for lunch; but, overall pretty good. The first PROBLEM is that they changed me $6.00 for 6 dinner rolls. Not only have I NEVER been charged for rolls, they didn’t tell me upon ordering. Secondly, they charged me $2 for using my debit card. Again, no advance notice. The shame is that I LOVE Irish ☘️ pubs and would have frequented this place. Given the aforementioned, I’ll spend my hard earned money at a place that better respects its customers and doesn’t nickel and dime them.

The menus updated each work and the staff is wonderful. I'm a frequent patron of the oar house and have never been disappointed whether it be food, drinks, or the staff. It's a classic Irish pub and you feel that as soon as you arrive. I've recommended them and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know looking for a good bar or restaurant to enjoy their time at.

Extremely displeased with the overall experience of dining here last night . Overpriced drinks and food (especially for what we ordered); service and quality was worse than sub-par. Ordering our food from the bartender, it was not received for a healthy 50 minutes. While waiting, the bartender and kitchen runner were having discussions (on THREE different occasions, in front of us AND other patrons) of improper orders and arguments going on in the kitchen, also adding that one order was "dropped on the floor". At one point, the bartender said she had sent back a couple of orders because they were "not right". A few minutes go by; us and the patrons we were sitting next to were told that our orders will be out "very shortly". In the meantime, the bartender engages in doing a shot of some kind of liquor with patrons at the end of the bar. "Very shortly" turned out to be 15 more minutes. The burger was well-done (not "medium" as ordered), and the shepherds pie looked hastily made, as well as being lukewarm at best. Did I also mention that the cup of soup was served lukewarm as well? After all this, and our pricey bill was delivered, the bartender said if she had known about all this, she could have done something??? Again, extremely disappointed with our experience with this establishment, and will NOT be going back ever again, and will let our many friends know of this as well.
